Canadian real estate news agency BUZZ Media also released their 2024/2025 Most Influential Voices in Real Estate lists, recognizing top industry pros across the country.

EXIT’s own Jeremie Fontaine, Sales Representative with EXIT Realty Associates out of Moncton, NB received BUZZ’s Market Dominator Award and ranked number one in their Top 100 Next Generation Leaders category. Recognized as an innovative disruptor, who’s “redefining what it means to lead in an evolving industry,” he’s also joined by his long-time EXIT Franchisee, Parise Cormier, who also ranked in the Top 25 Most Influential Brokerages category as well.
