Renee is also passionate about giving back. She realizes that she wouldn't be where she is today without a strong network of women surrounding and encouraging her live out her purpose on purpose. Renee resides in Atlanta with her husband. When she isn't speaking and/or running her business, she enjoys crafting, creating relaxing indoor and outdoor living spaces, leading a weekly online women's only small group Bible study, coaching, mentoring, listening to music, shooting pool, dancing, and traveling.

How It All Started

that I gained exposure to what it was like to work in various environments; from the library I helped organize for the Madison Urban League, to the office manager I was able to assist at Norrell Temporary Services, these experiences helped me identify my love for helping people, passion for organization, and desire to be the absolute best!

The heart of EHN started when I was a pre teen in Madison, Wisconsin. I was fortunate enough to live in a city that cared enough about the plight and future of under served youth to create a Summer Youth Employment Program. Over time, those fledgling characteristics were honed and nurtured forming the basis of leadership and professional development that have translated into business ownership.
