













With over 25 years of experience in building strategic advertising and marketing campaigns and implementing effective media placement for several large-scale clients, Dawn offers a unique approach to the real estate industry. Her background combined with her passion and dedication quickly elevated her in the industry as a top producer in Western Montana during the recession in 2010, and she has maintained that position since.
Dawn started her real estate career at Windemere Real Estate, where she was awarded the Missoula Organization of Realtors “Newcomer of the Year” by her peers. She then opened her own successful real estate brokerage, Maddux Real Estate Group in 2013 and negotiated the sale of Maddux Real Estate Group to Glacier Sotheby’s International Realty in 2014. While at Glacier Sotheby’s, Dawn was the top producing broker and carried the largest number of listings in the company and the regional MLS. In 2017 Dawn purchased the Engel & Völkers franchise for Western Montana and opened her first shop in the heart of Downtown Missoula. In just over 5 years, she has strategically expanded Engel & Völkers Western Frontier to encompass 11 shops throughout Montana, Idaho and Washington with a combined 170 Real Estate Advisors and staff. In 2018 Dawn was the #1 real estate professional in the state of Montana for total sales volume, sold the largest residential property in Montana and brokered the largest sale on Flathead Lake in over a decade. In 2019 she ranked #1 for Montana on the Real Trends + Tom Ferry’s list of best Real Estate Professionals in America and continues to be ranked on the list every year. She has been recognized by Newsweek as one of America’s Top Real Estate Professionals, was the top producing broker in the Montana Regional MLS in 2021 and she is consistently the top producing Broker in the Missoula Organization of Realtors. Since 2019 has been in the top 25 producing broker for all of Engel & Völkers Americas for both GCI and total sides. Dawn has successfully closed over $1,000,000,000 in total sales. Dawn is a member of the exclusive Engel & Völkers Private Office, which allows her to market her listings to other top luxury advisors worldwide. Dawn aggressively markets her listings to local, regional, national, and global publications and websites. Her listings have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Mansion Global, Architectural Digest, Financial Times, New York Times and more. She has been featured on HGTV’s Big Sky Living and spoke as an industry expert at Luxury Inman Connect, luxury real estate’s leading event.
Dawn is active in her community, serving on multiple boards and committees over the years and believes that by giving back to the community she’s investing in its future. In 2021 she was awarded the Engel & Völkers Special Olympics Champion award for her sizeable contributions to the organization and in 2022 she won the Engel & Völkers Special Olympics Contribution at Closing award for donating more per closing than any other Engel & Völkers Advisor in the Americas. She and her husband Tod live in Missoula where Tod is an Interventional Cardiologist at the International Heart Institute. They have three kids, Raleigh, Maris, and William and one grandson, Maddux. Weekends and summers, you’ll find their family at their lake house on Flathead enjoying all that Montana has to offer!
