As a full-time Real Estate Broker, Jani specializes in residential, ranch, and recreational properties across Western Montana. A fifth-generation Montanan with deep roots in the Bitterroot Valley, she brings unmatched local insight, industry expertise, and a true passion for helping clients find their perfect piece of Montana.

An avid outdoorswoman, Jani spends much of her time exploring the state—fishing, hunting, and camping—always on the lookout for hidden gems to share with fellow outdoor enthusiasts. Her deep connection to Montana’s land and lifestyle gives her a unique perspective that resonates with both buyers and sellers.

Since beginning her real estate career, Jani has been consistently recognized as a top-producing broker. Her accolades include being the State and Regional Top Producing Agent for number of listings taken, gross commission earned, and number of transactions closed in 2015. She also earned the Silver Award at her previous brokerage for completing over 50 transaction sides between 2017 and 2018, and was named one of the Top 50 Producers nationally.

As a Supervising Broker, Jani mentors and guides fellow agents, sharing her extensive knowledge in real estate, business strategy, and land use. She comes from a large family of ranchers, builders, and entrepreneurs, and brings that same hardworking, honest, and service-oriented mindset to her clients.

Outside of real estate, Jani enjoys spending time with her husband, four sons, and six grandchildren. Whether cheering at local sporting events or enjoying the great outdoors, family and community are always at the heart of everything she does. She has also served on numerous community boards, including Habitat for Humanity and Bitterroot Red Sox Baseball, as part of her commitment to giving back.

The Americas Private Residences

The Americas Private Residences is a quarterly publication of featured Engel & Völkers listings across the Americas that demonstrates the caliber and breadth of the Engel & Völkers network. It is a great opportunity to increase your listing’s visibility and give it exposure that’s unique to the Engel & Völkers brand. Your ad listing purchase includes 50 hard copies delivered to your shop and serves as a great listing presentation tool, in-shop marketing piece, and sophisticated leave behind for existing and potential clients.
