The success of Engel & Völkers is the result of the commitment of thousands of license partners, brokers, advisors, and support staff who proudly embody three core values of competence, exclusivity, and passion. The 2025 Awards Program has been established to recognize those individuals, teams and shops that exemplify the very best in our network. The Awards Committee will review all criteria, and the winners will be announced in March 2026. The 2025 Awards Program period shall begin on January 1, 2025, and end on December 31, 2025. Please refer to the Eligibility Requirements for guidance on specific rules and regulations.

The Engel & Völkers Elite Club (New Levels for 2025)

PLATINUM CLUB

To qualify for the Platinum Club, an Engel & Völkers advisor must have achieved greater than $1,000,000 USD in closed GCI or a minimum or 60 closed sides, in calendar year 2025.

EMERALD LEVEL

To qualify for Emerald Level, an Engel & Völkers advisor must have achieved between $625,000 USD and $999,999 USD in closed GCI or a minimum of 48 closed sides, in calendar year 2025.

DIAMOND LEVEL

To qualify for Diamond Level, an Engel & Völkers advisor must have achieved between $425,000 USD and $624,999 USD in closed GCI or a minimum of 36 closed sides, in calendar year 2025.

RUBY LEVEL

To qualify for Ruby Level, an Engel & Völkers advisor must have achieved between $200,000 USD and $424,999 USD in closed GCI or a minimum of 30 closed sides, in calendar year 2025.

ONYX LEVEL

To qualify for Onyx Level, an Engel & Völkers advisor must have achieved between $90,000 USD$199,999 USD in closed GCI or a minimum of 18 closed sides in calendar year 2025.

The Engel & Völkers Development Services Award

PROJECT AWARD

This award is presented to the shop that best leverages training, materials, and supporting partners associated with the Development Services Designation to win and successfully execute assignments encompassing services ranging from builder/developer advisory to project representation to taking over sales.

VISIONARY AWARD

This award is presented to the shop representing the project (whether a new homes community, condo building, or townhomes) with the most creative and impactful brand, collateral, and marketing campaign (selected in consultation with outside industry experts).

Special Olympics

CHAMPION AWARD

The Special Olympics Champion Award is presented to the shop group, shop, and advisor who have exemplified leadership in championing Engel &Völkers’ commitment to Special Olympics throughout the past year, recognizing significant fundraising achievements, participation in Contribution at Closing, or any particularly outstanding initiatives for or on behalf of Special Olympics.

The Engel & Völkers Pillar Awards

EXCELLENCE IN MARKETING

Presented to the shop that uses Engel & Völkers’ marketing resources to enhance their market presence and growth. This award recognizes the shop with a clear, effective marketing plan that aligns with brand standards and demonstrates measurable success. It highlights their use of approved tools to promote listings, showcase advisor expertise, and strengthen the Engel & Völkers brand, achieving significant market impact and advisor engagement.

ICONIC SHOP

Presented to the shop that best exemplifies the iconic Engel & Völkers shop concept. Qualifying shops demonstrate the highest ranking of compliance, measured and reviewed by our Retail Design team. The shop is also leveraged for local community engagement through hosted events. The shop has submitted quality photography and video of its interior and exterior post build out and/or upon completion of shop improvements (i.e. new refinement components).

E&V WORLD

Presented to the shop that utilizes and encourages the adoption of all E&V World apps and offerings, inclusive of the Google Workspace and the evrealestate.com email domain, obtaining the highest percentage of overall usage of World by its advisors to create efficiencies and maximize Engel & Völkers’ offerings.

E&V AMBASSADOR

Presented to the Americas shop, advisor, and support staff member who best represent the Engel & Völkers brand in everything they do. From providing a level of service that exceeds expectations to utilizing and embracing the unparalleled collaborative culture that the Engel & Völkers network has to offer, these award winners operate with the utmost passion and embody what it means to be a part of this brand.

TALENT AWARD

Presented to a shop that has been a leader in both talent attraction and retention, successfully attracting top-quality talent to its shop, increasing its per-person productivity, and increasing its year over year growth rate. The highest growth percentage of new, producing advisors joining a shop, retention rates, and per-person productivity are evaluated for the calendar year.

REFERRAL AWARD

Presented to the shop that participated in the most annual closings resulting from in-network referrals that it either initiated or received (from outside of its shop group if applicable), best leveraging the global Engel & Völkers network.

The

Engel & Völkers Cup

The Engel & Völkers Cup is awarded each year to the shop that successfully demonstrates a clear commitment to Engel & Völkers’ systems, tools, marketing programs, referrals, and shop concept, while being a leader within its community and the network. To qualify, a shop must achieve a high level of brand compliance and show positive growth year over year and/or be actively outperforming its market. The seven E&V Cup finalists will be determined by metrics associated with productivity growth and market comparisons, as well as brand affinity, and will be announced prior to EVX.

The Engel & Völkers Awards selection committee will, include, among additional criteria, the following::

• A significant quantifiable increase in per-person productivity by side and volume count

• Shop leadership who exemplify the cultural vision behind the core values of Engel & Völkers

• Overall demonstration of outstanding bespoke service as exemplified through participation in customer satisfaction programs or other qualified sources to measure consumer feedback

• Embracing Engel & Völkers' marketing and platform offerings and utilizing those offerings to their fullest extent in the local market

• The number of successful talent attraction and talent engagement programs in place within the shop and how the results are leveraged by the shop

• Shop support of the brand partnership with Special Olympics, including participation in annual fundraisers and events, as well as local chapter involvement

• An organization-wide level of competence through active participation in all Engel & Völkers Academy offerings

• Quality, collaborative interactions with Engel & Völkers network members and staff

• Achievement of industry designations and rankings

• Maintaining a presence in Engel & Völkers and industry-wide networking events

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

A. Only closed transactions entered into Engel & Völkers Deals with a date of notarization (i.e., closing date) between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025, will be credited to an Eligible Participant’s eligibility toward any E&V TPA and/or distinction within the E&V EC. However, closed transactions verified by acceptable means to the Awards Committee may also be credited.

B. For any Eligible Participant’s eligibility toward any E&V TPAs and/or E&V Elite Club distinctions under the 2025 Awards Program, all fees owed under the Engel & Völkers franchise during calendar year 2025 must have been fully reported and paid. Earned GCI and/or Earned Side(s) will not be credited to any Eligible Participant for any transactions unless all fees for such transaction have been fully paid to Engel & Völkers Americas, Inc. or Engel & Völkers Canada Inc., as the case may be.

C. For all transactions closed on or after the date on which an Eligible Participant joins the Engel & Völkers Americas network, only data submitted through Engel & Völkers Deals will be used to determine whether such transaction(s) will be credited for such Eligible Participant’s eligibility toward E&V TPAs and/or distinction within the E&V EC, unless the Awards Committee grants prior approval.

D. Any closed transactions in calendar year 2025 from Advisors and/or Advisor Teams from Engel & Völkers Americas shops no longer active as of January 1, 2025, may count for eligibility toward advisor- level or teamlevel E&V TPAs and/or E&V Elite Club distinctions, provided such individual Advisors or Advisor Teams are active with another Engel & Völkers Americas shop as of January 1, 2025. Such a shop remains subject to all of the Eligibility Requirements on and after such Eligible Advisor Participants join the shop, including specifically the requirement that all fees owed under the Engel & Völkers franchise during calendar year 2025 must have been fully reported and paid.

E. The Awards Committee has sole discretion in determining the recipients of the awards listed in this section.

F. Advisor’s prior production must be reported in Profile by December 31, 2025 to be counted towards an award.

G. Earned GCI and/or Earned Sides from transactions submitted as Prior Production for an Eligible Advisor Participant will not be credited toward (i) the overall Earned GCI and/or Earned Sides for any shop-level E&V TPAs, and/or (ii) recognition of any shop or Advisor under global awards programs, if offered.

H. All Earned GCI shall be calculated by converting the reported currency amount in Deals, where applicable, to USD based on the rate of exchange on the date the deal is closed.

I. Sales Volume values entered into Engel & Völkers Deals will not be used as a means of determining Eligible Participant’s eligibility toward any E&V Elite Club distinctions.

J. Only those individuals that are documented as License Partners as of December 31, 2025, will be recognized for any shop-based E&V TPAs and/or any awards identified in Section E.

K. Only shops and/or individuals who maintain an “Active” status in the Engel & Völkers Americas World as of December 31, 2025, may qualify as an Eligible Participant under the 2025 Awards Program.

L. An Advisor or Advisor Team will not receive credit forEarned GCI and/or an Earned Side on any transaction entered into Engel & Völkers Deals unless an Advisor is specifically identified in the line item for that transaction.

M. Special Transactions will not be credited as an Earned Side to any Eligible Participant for purposes of determining eligibility for any E&V TPAs.However, any Earned GCI from Special Transactions may be credited toward an Eligible Participant’s eligibility for E&V TPAs and/or an E&V Elite Club distinctions, as long as all fees owed under the Engel & Völkers franchise for all Special Transactions have been fully paid.

N. Any transactions that are underreported or discovered during an audit of a franchisee’s business records will not be credited to the Eligible Participant for those specific transactions.

O. For purposes of determining an Advisor’s total Earned GCI per closed transaction in calendar year 2025, the respective GCI for the transaction will be multiplied by the corresponding percentage share entered into Engel & Völkers Deals for each respective Advisor to such closed transaction, and the remaining product will be the Earned GCI.

P. For any transactions where multiple commission payments have been recorded for the same property, only the first entry made at time of closing of such transaction in Engel & Völkers Deals will qualify for credit as an Earned Side. to determine the total number of Earned Sides per closed transaction, the following formula will be applied:

Q. The total number of Advisors listed as the “listing” or “sales” advisor on a transaction reported into Deals will be added and prorated based on their share of the side. The resulting prorated amounts will determine the total Earned Side credit for each “listing” or “sales” advisor on that transaction. These Earned Sides credits will then be added to the Eligible Participant’s total Earned Sides.

R. A License Partner may be eligible to receive an award under the 2025 Awards Program, provided such License Partner’s shop(s) is in full compliance with all material terms of its respective franchise agreement (including, but not limited to payment of all franchise fees).

S. Any License Partner, brokerage manager, staff member, or Advisor who has not successfully completed LPT, SPT or Engage (as applicable) will not be eligible for any awards or recognition in the 2025 Awards Program.

T. The Awards Committee will make every effort to notify all License Partners of Elite level winners in their shops in advance or to make the information available through their Performance Team representative. However, advance notice is not guaranteed. Should any award recipient not wish to be recognized at any award level, they must notify the Awards Committee at least two weeks before the awards event.

U. Earned GCI and/or Earned Side(s) achieved by an Advisor who no longer has “Active” status in World cannot be transferred to another Advisor or Advisor Team within any shop.

V. Only Advisors holding the Engel & Völkers Development Services Designation are eligible to receive the Engel & Völkers Project or Visionary Award. Applications for this award will be sent to all eligible Development Services Designees in December of 2025.

W. Specific Regulations Regarding Team Awards: In addition to all eligibility requirements, Advisor Teams must adhere to the following regulations for the 2025 Awards Program:

1. Any individual registered on an approved Advisor Team cannot receive an E&V TPA at the advisor level for Earned GCI and/or Earned Sides in the same calendar year.

2. All Advisor Teams must be registered prior to November 1, 2025, in order to be eligible for any teambased awards in the 2025 Awards Program.

3. Advisor Team registrations must be submitted in Talent on World and approved by Engel & Völkers Americas prior to November 31, 2025.

4. Advisor Teams must maintain an active Engel & Völkers Advisor Team profile site and Engel & Völkers Advisor Team email address. Any promotional efforts for the Advisor Team using Engel & Völkers’ marketing tools and/or platforms must fully comply with guidelines published by Engel & Völkers Americas, including but not limited to the Brand Identity Guidelines.

5. Any Earned Sides and/or Earned GCI from an individual who is a member of an approved Advisor Team but is no longer a member of that Advisor Team (or the Engel & Völkers) as of December 31, 2025, their GCI/Sides earned while on the team will remain with the team for team calculations. If an Advisor Team is fully dissolved prior to December 31, 2025, all active Advisors on the team may be reverted to individual award eligibility. The decision to revert from Advisor Team status to Advisor status is at the sole discretion of the Awards Committee.

6. Engel & Völkers reserves the right to audit all records pertaining to the formation of any registered Advisor Team within its system at any time. Engel & Völkers further reserves the right to disqualify any registered Advisor Team if it fails to adhere to any of the rules and regulations of the 2025 Awards Program, including but not limited to the Brand Identity Guidelines.

7. Individuals registered in Advisor Teams may be recognized in the E&V EC, provided that the License Partner of the shop where the Advisor Team is registered distributes all Earned GCI and/or Earned Sides achieved by that Advisor Team among its members when initially entering transactions in Engel & Völkers Deals.

GLOSSARY OF TERMS

Advisor: Any licensed salesperson that holds an active, unsuspended real estate license with an actively affiliated Engel & Völkers real estate brokerage.

AdvisorTeam:Any group of two or more Advisors (a team must consist of at least 2 individuals) who collaborate on the closing of transactions for an Engel & Völkers real estate brokerage using pre-approved marketing measures to promote themselves as a team.

Awards Committee: The Awards Committee consists of employees of Engel & Völkers Americas, Inc. and Engel & Völkers Canada Inc. who are responsible for selecting the winners of all awards under the 2025 Awards Program.

E&VEC: The Engel & Völkers Elite Club and all criteria outlining the administration of these distinctions, as stated on page 3 of this brochure.

E&V TPA: An Engel & Völkers Top Producer Award and all criteria outlining the administration of these awards, as stated on page 5 of this brochure.

Earned GCI: The total net commission earned on each real estate transaction closed by a shop, Advisor and/or Advisor Team, provided such commission is accurately entered and recorded in the Engel & Völkers Deals platform or approved by the Awards Committee as Verified Prior Production.

Earned Side(s): An Earned Side is calculated if a transaction is accurately entered and recorded in the Engel & Völkers Deals, or approved by the Awards Committee as Verified Prior Production, in accordance with the formulas set forth in Section P.

Eligible Advisor Participant(s): Any Advisor, or Advisor Team competing for any recognition under the 2025 Awards Program who are affiliated with a franchisee of Engel & Völkers Americas, Inc. or Engel & Völkers Canada Inc. franchisee in “good standing” (as defined below).

EligibleParticipant(s):Any shop of an Engel &Völkers Americas, Inc. or Engel & Völkers Canada Inc. franchisee competing for any recognition under the 2025 Awards Program that is in good standing. “Good Standing” for purposes of this 2025 Awards Program Engel & Völkers means that the franchisee entity operating the shop is not in default under the terms of its franchise agreement and the franchise agreement has not been terminated or is scheduled to terminate within 120 days after conclusion of calendar year 2025.

Engel & Völkers Deals: The Engel & Völkers platform for entering and recording closed transactions.

Engage: The Engel & Völkers training program for advisors. License Partner: Any individual identified in an Engel & Völkers franchise agreement as holding an equity share in the franchising entity.

LPT: Engel & Völkers Leadership Path Training for franchise owners and brokerage management.

PriorProduction:Any Earned GCI and/or Earned Sides entered into Engel & Völkers Deals within 30 days of an Advisor’s login will count toward Prior Production if the following conditions are met:

‰ The transactions were closed by an Eligible Participant during the 2025 Awards Program calendar year while they were not a member of the Engel & Völkers Americas network.

‰ The transactions must have gone under contract (i.e., “pending close” or similar status) or closed within the calendar year to be eligible for Prior Production consideration.

‰ Production received in 2025 for transactions that were under contract or closed before 2025 may also be considered as Earned GCI for Prior Production, provided all necessary documentation to verify the production is available upon request.

‰ The Awards Committee, at its sole discretion, will determine whether such production was subject to franchise fees owed to Engel & Völkers Americas, Inc. or Engel & Völkers Canada Inc., as the case may be.

SalesVolume:The total dollar value of real estate transactions, listed as “Sales Volume” in Engel & Völkers Deals. Special Transactions: Transactions that are:

a. Identified in the Engel & Völkers Deals with a category of sales which includes residential/developments and commercial, rentals, property management, incoming referrals and other

b. Transactions submitted for consideration as Prior Production which are categorically similar to those defined in paragraph a. above, or;

c. Any transactions that are not considered traditional residential resale real estate business

TeamSetupForm:The entry in Talent app required to establish a group of Advisors as an Advisor Team that must be submitted to and approved by Engel & Völkers Americas.

World: The proprietary Engel & Völkers Americas platform which serves as the database for identifying active shops, Advisors, and/or Advisor Teams within the Engel & Völkers Americas network.

THIRD PARTY AWARDS PROGRAMS

In addition to the 2025 Awards Program, we encourage License Partners and Advisors of Engel & Völkers Americas Inc. and Engel & Völkers Canada Inc. (collectively hereinafter (“E&V”) to participate in awards programs promoted by various industry organizations or publications (each a “Third Party” and collectively referred to as “Third Parties”). Criteria for these awards are set by the respective Third Party.

Should a Third Party offer network-wide award categories, E&V will conduct the submission provided it satisfies a given Third Party’s qualifying criteria.

for individual categories involving shops, Advisors, and/ or Advisor Teams, E&V will make every reasonable effort to submit the application on behalf of the respective shop, Advisor, and/or Advisor Team provided that all required data are available. E&V may require a shop, Advisor, or Advisor Team to reimburse E&V for any application fees.

For any submission made by E&V on behalf of a shop, Advisor, or Advisor Team, E&V will verify all submission criteria based on transactions reported into Engel & Völkers Deals. E&V may also assist a shop, Advisor, or Advisor Team in verifying their own submissions.

If E&V, or one of its shops, Advisors, or Advisor Teams is recognized under one of these Third Party’s publications, E&V will notify the winners and unless instructed otherwise in advance, make every effort to promote their recognition. This includes providing brokerage leadership/Advisors with localized press release templates to help further promote the achievement, as well as featuring the recognition in the Engel &Völkers Americas newsletter and across multinational social media channels.
