Recently, Chef Michael Quezada was recognized as our hero with his dedication and hospitality. We receive many emails from our guests for his hard work and can-do attitude. Chef Mike exemplifies our pillars of connecting with people, inspiring through food, creating solutions, and iiving the promise everyday

Executive Chef, Eric Anderson, is a true Hero to our team. He maintains excellent client relationships while delivering continuous service through catering events, chefs tables, popups, and guest engagement. Eric constantly looks for ways to elevate the hospitality and to keep his team engaged and motivated

Rose was the first cook hired at Dexcom. She is dedicated to culinary excellence and her great relationship with our guests help drive our menu choices. Rose has a smile on every day and a great attitude. She was key in our Turo Turo brand roll out using her background in Filipino cuisine. We are truly grateful to have her on our team and is more than deserving to receive this Hero award!

Allow us to recommend a spirits-free treat as we kick off a New Year with a renewed mindset and intentionality. Our Eurest dietitians have been creating a suite of new mocktails to make every day fun and festive, including our Ginger Turmeric Mocktail

February is American Heart Month and a great time to focus on incorporating heart healthy recipes. We proudly promote the American Heart Association’s Eat More Colors initiative to add more colorful nutrition to life Chief Culinary Officer Chris Ivens-Brown shares why he supports the American Heart Association through charity work and better nutrition choices on Eurest menus

We have several new concepts that we’re excited to serve in 2025. Little Lime is our latest Tex-Mex concept, fusing the bold flavors of Texas and the vibrant traditions of Mexican cuisine Look out for fajita platters, burritos and bowls, nachos and taco salads

Street Eats: Bao Buns have landed. Pillowy soft bao buns with savory inventive fillings. Mix and match proteins and toppings for a perfect on-the-go lunch. Brunch. We’re bringing everyone’s favorite weekend tradition to work.

WINTER CATERING BRINGS COMFORT

As we enter the colder months, our catering menu will bring hearty warmth and cozy flair to your events Our Winter menu features favorites like Winter Earth Bowls with sweet potato hash and brussels sprouts, bacon jam and gouda croissants, peanut butter and jelly donuts and a decadent quinoa beet brownie.
