THE CLIENT CONNECT WITH EUREST

FY24Q3

A MESSAGE FROM THE REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT

These past few months have been a whirlwind as we opened new spaces, welcomed new clients, and celebrated our associates. I hope the next few pages serve as a resource for you and your team and provide you with a small glimpse into the heart of Eurest.

One of the things in this newsletter I especially want to highlight is the page titled “Create Solutions”. That really is our passion, and we know you trust us to do this for you everyday. The WasteNot program that is in place in each of our units is an integral tool to put the responsibility of controlling food waste not only in the hands of our managers, but in the hands of each of our associates.

Coffee bars have become the biggest trend that we’re seeing in new construction projects, and we couldn’t love it more It allows for abundant creativity in the look and feel, versatility in menu offerings for both food and beverages, and above all, creates a collaborative and valued amenity to your employees. The resources we’ve linked in this newsletter expand on all of those points, so I encourage you to look through them if a coffee bar is in your space, or in your future.

Lastly, I just want to thank each of you individually for partnering with Eurest. We strive to continually be better, so if there is anything we can do for you, please reach out to your DM, or myself individually.

HERO STORIES

Meghan has been here 11 years off & on. She’s the ultimate team player and is always a huge help.

Kerri just made it through her first outage but is a great customer service representative and has proven to be a valuable part of our team

Amy has been here 8 years and continues to grow and accept more leadership responsibilities when given to her. I challenged Amy with different menu options & offerings and she accepted the challenge full force & kept right in step with our standards. Amy will be moving into the unit lead role which I’m sure that she excel at.

MIKE’S CHEF TABLE

“Practice What You Preach” was in full effect a few weeks ago when our Regional Vice President Mike Niersbach hosted a chef’s table at one of our units in the Chicago suburbs! He dusted off his chef’s coat, sharpened his knives, and quite literally rolled his sleeves up to serve our customers an outdoor grill-out menu. It was so wellreceived (and he had so much fun doing it), that he’ll be doing more over the next few months! Keep an eye out for marketing in your space to see if he’s coming to your account next!

NEW CULINARY CONCEPTS

1) DHABA honors the diverse cultures and traditions of Indian cuisine. These five new menus will replace long-time favorite, Masala, to introduce a fresh take on traditional cooking techniques, spices, and sauces specific to the regions of North and South India

2) RHYTHM & ROUX is inspired by the vibrant history and culture of Louisiana. Our chefs traveled to the Pelican State to research traditional ingredients used for Cajun and Creole cuisine, bringing our guests two authentic menus.

3) FISH & CHIP SHOP is a celebration of coastal traditions. This menu uses sustainable seafood that offers signature favorites like beer-battered fish and crispy golden-fried shrimp paired with complementing sides and sauces
