NEW CULINARY CONCEPTS
1) DHABA honors the diverse cultures and traditions of Indian cuisine. These five new menus will replace long-time favorite, Masala, to introduce a fresh take on traditional cooking techniques, spices, and sauces specific to the regions of North and South India
2) RHYTHM & ROUX is inspired by the vibrant history and culture of Louisiana. Our chefs traveled to the Pelican State to research traditional ingredients used for Cajun and Creole cuisine, bringing our guests two authentic menus.
3) FISH & CHIP SHOP is a celebration of coastal traditions. This menu uses sustainable seafood that offers signature favorites like beer-battered fish and crispy golden-fried shrimp paired with complementing sides and sauces
