As usual, September is the month rather devoted to a form of return of things. Some people say that this is the real end of the holidays with the return of classes of all levels. Both for culture, since the openings resume after a break with the symposia. The world is beginning to be reborn little by little from the famous virus that has not stopped to destroy us for two years.
It is in this same context that the curator of the Espace d'Expressions et de Création opened the new season with a collective exhibition of ten artists under the theme of Émerveillement composed of ten artists such as: Lavi Picu, Aberki Khadouj, Alla Zagorodniuc-Scoarta, Ecaterina Litvin, Jennifer Laoun-Rubenstein, Luis Jacinto Argumedes Mateus, Donia Falcon, Hélène Marie Corbeil and the sculptor Lilian Cuer, and various mediums at the Georges Laoun Opticien store. The opening has been on Tuesday, September, 6th .
Then there were some artist friends who had taken part in various other activities such as the vernissage at the tea rendezvous of the painter Kim Pov Eap, Li shi was the artist of the month for September at Dupond & Dupont. Not to mention the presence of the Espace d'Expressions et de Création at the Villeray Seniors' Day. We would also like to thank all the team in the office of the Right Honourable Justin Trudeau.
Doina Falcon was at the Ambigü gallery and our director was there, and he had met some artists too
Our 26th edition of the Days of Culture was hosted by our general curator Joseph André and co curator Alla Zagorodniuc-Scoarta.
The 14th edition of the LatinArte festival was held throughout the month of October in the heart of Montreal'sLatin sector, at the Maison de la culture Claude Léveillée, as well as at the Parc-Extension venue in the same borough.
The group exhibition virtually under the theme of Perception at the office of the Member of Parliament for Papineau, the Right Honourable Justin P.J Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada and the Espace d'Expressions et de Création continues.
The artists: Gerda Crepsac, Eneida Hernandez, Frantz Louis, Diane Savoie, Hélène Marie Corbeil, Alla Zagorodniuc Scoarta, Ecaterina Litvin, Martine Allard, Lavi Picu, Aberki Khadouj, Kim Pov Eap, Elena Stolearova, Melissa Torrès, Dali Wu, Jennifer Laoun Rubenstein, Angel Cruz, Luis Jacinto Argumedes Mateus, Abdessamad Boubker, Li Shi, photographers Yana Povelytsya, Louis Santelli, Jacques Pharand, as well as multidisciplinary artist and curator Joseph André.

We have arrived at a crossroads from where the need arises to appeal to your generosity to help us continue our mission.
As you have known for more than a decade, Espace d'Expressions et de Création allows more than fifty artists to make themselves known through their art thanks to our various partners such as the office of my MP, the Right Honourable Justin Trudeau, the Georges Laoun Opticien stores, the two libraries in Montreal North: the Henri Bourassa library and that of the Maison culturelle et communautaire as well as the Café de Da d'Ahuntsic.
We manage to hold more than a dozen group and individual exhibitions annually, as well as workshops annually despite our meagre resources and even during the pandemic. Today we have a roof, it is essential to keep it as much as possible. You must Know that we will not arrive without your help as you do for so long by entrusting us with your treasures, that is, your artworks.
And you lovers, passionnés.esof art who come to our openings, used to buyour creations. Today, once again we ask you to support us in another form.
