ESI is currently self-performing the installation of 156,000 lbs of reinforcing steel at the Heyburn WWTP. Services included: • Construction of a third clarifier in a 50-foot diameter concrete tank with a spiral sludge scrapper mechanism and scum skimming system • Construction of a RAS/WAS pump station building with two centrifugal RAS pumps and one progressive cavity WAS pump • Construction of a filtered effluent submersible pump station consisting of two manholes with two pumps each and two valve vaults • Construction of a UV disinfection building with two in-vessel UV reactors • Construction of a dewatering building with a screw press solids dewatering system
