For 12 years ESI has been the local Idaho partner working on Micron campus, most recently being entrusted with the construction of building B42. From our executive leadership to our most senior superintendenrecent experience throughout B42’s contract negotiations and understanding of Micron design standards will allow us to segue right into the Admin building work.

SPEED TO MARKET ESI has a history of finding efficiencies for our clients and specifically for Micron. We see an opportunity to accelerate the necessity of a project like the Administration Building through several factors.

Design Build. Much like B42, our ability to work early with design will allow for early value-engineering and identifying cost savings and materials before construction starts. This will avoid delays and set Ready-now resources. Consistent ESI team leadership from B42 to the Administration building means we will require little to no “handoff” or lapse in understanding of processes.

Already well-versed in Micron VDC and EHS requirements this institutional knowledge minimizes the time that would be spent retraining staff.
