Hi! I’m Inês. My surname is Manaças and I attend the year 6. I’m Portuguese and I want to tell you something about this international week that took place in my school in Crato: This week was a great week of great learning and I’ll tell you something about it: On Monday, we welcomed our guests and took them to our homes.
On Tuesday, we played several games and we went to show the school to our guests. For me, this day was the day to adapt to our guests and them to us. On Wednesday, we saw the presentations of the Portuguese, Dutch, Spanish and English students and we visited the Monastery of Flor da Rosa and went to the pottery school where we produced some masterpieces. This was an incredible day.
On Thursday, we went to Castelo Branco to Cargaleiro museum and painted a tile in a painting workshop. On this day I learned a lot about art.

Hivemind Project (13 th – 19 th January 2020) (cont.) On Friday, we had a physical education lesson, I went with Britt, Nienke and Maaike to my farm and each one of them planted a tree, so I will never forget them and it’s a very important memory for me.
We performed the show we had been preparing all week long and we had a dinner with our families, our guests and our teachers. On Saturday, we went to visit Belém Tower, the Pattern of the Discoveries and the exhibition of Harry Potter, in Lisbon. On this day we left our friends in Lisbon and that moment was a little bad because it was then that we had to say Goodbye. It was too sad, because I was already missing them. I’m sure will never forget them.

My Impressions about … 3rd Project Meeting Hivemind Portugal (13th to 19th January 2020) This week was the best week of my life! I learned many things about other cultures, and I really liked it… I learned a lot of english and also my way to “look at the other”! On Monday I met the Spanish students and I loved that!!! Besides the diferences among us… there’s something very familiar: language. Our languages are very, very similar!! I just met the
other
people (English and Dutch) on Tuesday, I talked so much with them!!!!! I also loved this experience because these people are so, so kind!!!! We had many different activities, games, everything was different during this week!!!! And… I learned so much with these people only on a single day.!!! On Wednesday I stayed a little nervous, because I was a bit worried and even afraid because of the presentations of our work. I had to speak in English and that as a big worry indeed. On that day, I couldn’t be at school for personal reasons. It was a pity!!

On Thursday we went to Castelo Branco, we visited Manuel Cargaleiro Museum, and in geral I liked, we had lunch in Mc DONALD´S. I spent my day in Castelo Branco with them and was really fine to be with them. I really liked this week, and I’m so sad because I got too attached to them… and they had to go back to their countries! I liked and still like these guys, I will really miss these guys and thank you, teachers, for this so special week!!! I hope that you have also enjoyed this week and can feel proud of your students! Curta-metragem Nos dias 20, 21 e 22 de janeiro, um grupo de alunos do 3º ciclo, voltou, pela segunda vez, a viver uma experiência didática interessantíssima, ao terem a oportunidade de vivenciar, testar e trabalhar com equipamentos de som e imagem de “última geração”, em oficinas de guionismo, sonorização, realização e filmagens com o intuito de realizar uma curtametragem, que será (à semelhança do ano anterior) apresentada em Festival a realizar em local ainda indefinido, naquele que, passará a ser a II Edição do Festival Alto Cinema. A temática da curta-metragem, que este ano teria que estar inserida nos 17 objetivos das medidas de desenvolvimento sustentável, propostas pela União Europeia, é a “Violência no Namoro”, que neste caso, se insere no objetivo 5, da Igualdade de Género.
Esta é uma iniciativa, integrada num projeto desenvolvido pela empresa Cabeçudos, com o apoio da Rede de Promoção do Sucesso Educativo da Comunidade

(CIMAA), que envolve alunos dos 2.º e 3.º ciclos dos agrupamentos de escolas de Alter do Chão, Avis, Campo Maior, Castelo de Vide, Crato, Portalegre e Sousel. Agradecemos assim, a oportunidade que a Câmara Municipal do Crato nos proporcionou para podermos participar nesta iniciativa. (Professor Jorge Graça)

Missão País 2020 À semelhança de anos anteriores, voluntários da Missão País, cujo lema, este ano, é Desce depressa! Eu fico contigo deslocaram-se à nossa escola entre os dias 27 e 31 de janeiro para, com todos os alunos da escola, desenvolverem atividades lúdicas, não só em contexto de sala de aula, como durante os intervalos dos
alunos.
A visita destes
missionários é sempre muito apreciada pelos alunos.
Orçamento participativo das escolas – procedimentos e prazos 1. Desenvolvimento e apresentação de propostas — até ao final do mês de fevereiro; 2. Divulgação e debate das propostas — nos 10 dias úteis anteriores à votação - de 10 a 23 de março;
3. Votação das propostas — dia 24 de março; 4. Apresentação dos resultados — até cinco dias úteis após a votação - até 31 de março; 5. Planeamento da execução — até ao final do mês de maio; 6. Reunião entre a coordenação local da medida e os proponentes das várias propostas para clarificar e ajustar as propostas aos recursos providenciados, sendo possível, nesta fase, o aperfeiçoamento, a fusão ou a desistência de propostas – primeira semana de março;
7. Execução da medida — até ao final do respetivo ano civil.

Estes devem identificar claramente uma melhoria pretendida na escola, através da aquisição de bens e/ou serviços que sejam necessários ou convenientes para a beneficiação do espaço escolar e/ou da forma da sua utilização ou destinados a melhorar os processos de ensino-aprendizagem e do qual possa beneficiar ou vir a beneficiar toda a comunidade escolar.
