Dear Parents, Its great to see some sunshine outside even though it is still cold. A huge thank you to the Fundraising group for their hard work with the Father’s Day Stall. The children are very excited to be taking home a gift for a family member. Once again this small band of parents are supporting the school in a positive way. Thank you. Please consider joining them in their efforts. The children are rehearsing well to provide another enjoyable school concert for the school community. As there can only be 380 people legally in the hall we have had to restrict the number of tickets to three per family. All attendees will need a seat. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

AUSSIE SPECTACULAR WHOLE SCHOOL PRODUCTION TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 18TH In just over 2 weeks the Epsom PS will hold it’s annual production. Due to the growth of our school, ticket sales will be limited to a maximum of 3 per family. This will allow for comfortable seating arrangements in the auditorium. Of course some families will not be requiring their full quota of tickets so in order for larger families to be able to purchase extra tickets we would like sales to be finalised early. Tickets are on sale NOW from the Office and cost $5 per ticket. Tickets will NOT be for sale at the door so please send your order along promptly in order for any extra tickets to be made available to families. A DVD will be made of the Spectacular and can be ordered after the event. The cost will be $10.

A reminder that the School Wellbeing and Engagement Policy is on the school website (under forms) for your perusal. Please send any feedback on this in writing to the school office by the end of next week. This policy will be ratified by School Council at the next meeting.

DIVISIONAL GOLF at HEATHCOTE

Congratulations to Riley A. for representing the school at the second level of the Primary School Golf Championships. Riley has written this article.

Today the 28th August I represented our school at the divisional golf at Heathcote Golf Course. Eight people from Goldfields District got to go to the next level and I came 11th. The golf course was full of kangaroo poo. I got a score of 54 for 9 holes. The best score was 37. The day was awesome and I was very happy with my effort.
