Open Enrollment Annual Open Enrollment meetings are held every year for benefits effective March 1st. Eligible employees may enroll in coverage if they failed to elect coverage, or elected to waive coverage at initial eligibility. Employees may also enroll their eligible dependents at this time. Open Enrollment services provided by:

Dependent Eligibility

If you elect coverage, you may also cover eligible dependents, including: •

Legal spouse (with no access to group coverage with another employer)

Dependent children up to age 26 (coverage will terminate the last day of the month in which the child turns 26) Under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, adult children enrolled in their parent’s medical plan may maintain their coverage until the age of 26, regardless of student status, employment or marital status.

Who Is Eligible

CJM offers employees a comprehensive and cost-effective benefits program. Employees are eligible for benefits the first of the month following two months of employment (working at least 30 hours per week).
