CJ Miller provides employees with Short Term Disability at no additional cost.

If you are disabled due to sickness or injury and unable to generate your current earnings, the weekly benefit while disabled will pay according to the Weekly Benefit chart below.

Benefits become payable following five (5) consecutive days of absence from work due to injury or illness

Less than 2 years of service 40% of regular earnings up to $250 per week 2-6 years of service 50% of regular earnings up to $375 per week 7-10 years of service 50% of regular earnings up to $425 per week 10+ years of service 60% of regular earnings up to $500 per week
