Χασάν Μπαντάουι, Αραβολόγος Επ. Καθηγητής Α.Π.Θ. Παράλληλα η Βασιλική Κοντογιάννη, Καθηγήτρια Ελληνικής Φιλολογίας Δ.Π.Θ. ανέπτυξε το θέμα: «όταν ο ελληνικός πολιτισμός συναντά τον αραβικό: ο Γιώργος Σεφέρης διαβάζει χίλιες και μία νύχτες». 13/05/2009 Παρουσίαση του βιβλίου «Η Ελλάδα του Σαλέντο» της Φωτεινής Καϊμάκη, Φιλόλογος- Ερευνήτρια του Ελληνόφωνου Πολιτισμού της Κάτω Ιταλίας. Την παρουσίαση πραγματοποίησε η συγγραφέας του βιβλίου.

The book was discussed by the author and Hasan Bantaoui, Arab Studies specialist, Associate Professor at the University of Thessaloniki. At the same time, Vasiliki Kontogianni, Professor of Greek Literature at the University of Thrace gave a speech titled “when Greek and Arabic cultures met: George Seferis reads one thousand and one nights”. 13/05/2009 Presentation of the book ”The Greece of Salento” by Foteini Papadaki, Professor of Literature and researcher in the Greek-speaking civilization of Lower Italy. The presentation was made by the author herself.

Δερμιτζόγλου. Η παράσταση πραγματοποιήθηκε στο Δημοτικό Θέατρο Αλεξανδρούπολης. 28/05 έως 20/06 2009 Έκθεση με τίτλο «Οι πρωταγωνιστές του πλήθους» με έργα των φοιτητών του Τμήματος Επιστημών Εκπαίδευσης στην Προσχολική Ηλικία/ Τ.Ε.Ε.Π.Η, της σχολής Επιστημών Αγωγής του Δημοκρίτειου Πανεπιστήμιου Θράκης, στα πλαίσια του μαθήματος Αισθητική και Καλλιτεχνική Αγωγή. Υπεύθυνος Έκθεσης: Σπύρος Κουρσάρης. Διδάσκων στο ΤΕΕΠΗ του Δ.Π.Θ. 18/6/2009 Θέατρο Σκιών «Ο Τρομάρας» του Γ. Βιζυηνού, από τα παιδιά που συμμετείχαν στο Εργαστήρι Θεάτρου Σκιών του Ε.Μ.Θ. σε συνεργασία με τον Πολιτιστικό Σύλλογο Άβαντος Αλεξανδρούπολης «Ελπίδα». Η καλλιτεχνική επιμέλεια της βραδιάς και του εργαστηρίου ανήκει στους Γιάννη Βουλτσίδη και Γεωργία Γιαννοπούλου, από το Θρακικό Θέατρο Σκιών, Το Θεατρικό Εργαστήρι Σκιών του Ε.Μ.Θ. υλοποιήθηκε με την υποστήριξη της Γενικής Γραμματείας Νέας Γενιάς.

Dermitzoglou. The performance took place at the Municipal Theatre of Alexandroupolis. 28/05 to 20/06 2009 Exhibition entitled “Oi protagonistes tou plithous” with works made by students of the Department. of Pre-school Education at the University of Thrace, as part of the course “Aesthetics and Art Education”. Director of the exhibition: Spyros Koursaris, Professor at the Department of Preschool Education 18/6/2009 Shadow-theatre performance of ”O Tromaras” by G. Vizyinos, by students who participated in EMT’s Shadow Theatre Workshop, in cooperation with the Cultural Association Avantos Alexandroupoli “Elpida”. Giannis Voultsides and Georgia Giannopoulou from the Thracian Shadow Theatre served as artistic directors of the performance and the workshop. EMT’s Shadow Theatre Workshop was realized with the support of the General Secretariat for Youth.
