EMAS Indonesia

The Expanding Maternal and Neonatal Survival (EMAS) is a U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) program in Indonesia, launched in 2011. The five-year (2011-2016) program supports the Government of Indonesia in reducing maternal and newborn mortality in six provinces in Indonesia. EMAS is a partnership of five organizations: Jhpiego (lead partner), Lembaga Kesehatan Budi Kemuliaan (LKBK), Muhammadiyah, Save the Children and RTI International.
