Bear is a six-yearold Shar Pei cross who arrived at Dogs Trust Ilfracombe after her owner sadly fell ill and could no longer care for her. Bear is a soppy, sweet girl and loves having a fuss. She enjoys going out for walks and is happy to jump into the car to head off on an adventure. She prefers calm, peaceful surroundings so is looking for a home in a rural area or with direct access to quiet walks. She adores a treat and will happily give paw, sit or stay in return for a tasty one, two or three, or four! Bear prefers her own company and doesn't want much interaction with other dogs so would love to be the only pet in the home. Bear is looking for an active home with adults only or older teenagers (16 and above) and would love her adopters to visit her a few times to build a bond before taking her home.
