Bank of Ireland Junk Kouture is a national contest which encourages young designers in second level education to create striking couture designs and impressive works of wearable art from everyday junk that would normally find its way into the bin.

The Limerick School of Classical Ballet presents a show in two halves! The first half will showcase the Junior School as they perform a balletic version of Beauty and the Beast. For the second half of the show, the Senior school take to the stage performing a wonderful condensed version of Coppelia.

The Students of Cistercian College Roscrea return for their annual end of year concert. Featuring the celebrated College choirs and orchestra, soloists and instrumentalists, this concert showcases the wide and varied music tradition of the College. Following the launch of the CCR Music Scholarship Programme in 2011 the College’s Music Department has expanded even further and now ranks as one of the most vibrant in the country.

LCU returns with a performance of Bach’s Mass in B Minor, his final masterpiece! Every movement boasts exceptional melodies, with movements of complex, haunting and endlessly fascinating themes. This exciting work was last performed in Limerick by LCU in 1971 and will be a rare and delightful evening for all! Directed by Mr. Malcolm Green. Accompanied by LCU Symphony Orchestra.
