1965

EF is founded in Sweden by Bertil Hult. He brought a group of Swedish students to Brighton, England. The idea was simple – they would learn English while traveling on holiday.

1978

EF becomes truly global, establishing itself not only in Europe and North America, but also in Mexico and Japan.

1988

EF is the o cial Language School of the Seoul Summer Olympics, EF's rst of many Olympic appointments.

2003

Hult International Business School is founded by EF and today is proudly recognized as the rst triple-accredited business school in the U.S.

Description

Re ne your listening and reading comprehension –while building e ective testing strategies. You’ll expand your knowledge of vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation for success in one of the Cambridge Exams with 32 weekly lessons (total tuition time of 21 hours and 20 mins). The exams test reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in English – and are often administered at our campuses.

Our expertise

We are determined to ensure that our students are equipped for top results. Most of our schools in both the UK and US are authorized exam centers, which means your exam will be administered by EF sta at the EF school to ensure your feel most con dent and comfortable.

Short-term preparation

Gain a fundamental understanding of exam strategies and techniques for the main suite exams. You’ll make maximum progress with a Full Exam Preparation Course – however, you can take advantage of a short-term preparation course if you have a limited schedule.

This program combines an internship of 50 hours or more with a minimum 4-week EF Intensive Course. During classroom time you’ll improve your language skills as well as learn CV writing and interviewing techniques.

After class, you’ll perfect your new language ability by working in a part-time, unpaid position at a professional company. You’ll develop industry-speci c language skills and gain valuable international work experience. At the conclusion of the program, you’ll receive the EF Internship Certi cate.

This program combines volunteer experience of 50 hours or more with a minimum 8-week EF Language Course. Traveling to your EF campus

EF will organize both ights and transfers. Simply contact your nearest EF o ce for an o er.

Payment schedule

- Enrollment fee ($195) and Cancellation Protection are due at the time of booking

- 14 days after booking, the deposit of 20% of the course fee is due

- 45 days after booking, another 20% of the course fee is due

- The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the course start date

As safety and security are our top priority, all students traveling with EF International Language Campuses are required to have travel insurance. Cancellation Protection

EF Cancellation Protection is available upon enrollment and charged as a one-time, non-refundable fee of $95. This covers cancellations before departure due to illness.
