Ed is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University and earned a B.A. from the College of Communication & Fine Arts. He is also a life-long Angeleno. Over the years, Ed has resided in several of L.A.’s diverse neighborhoods including, Beverlywood, Beverly Grove, Sunset-Doheny, Windsor Square, Hancock Park, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills. It is Ed’s intimate knowledge of the nuances of these and the surrounding areas, which truly sets him apart from other real estate professionals.

After concluding a 15 year career in the Television industry, Ed pursued a career in residential real estate. Since then, many of his enduring contacts in the entertainment field have crossed-over to become real estate clients, including: theatrical Talent Agents, Actors, Vocalists, Film & Television Producers, Network Executives and Screenwriters. Among Ed’s Design Industry clientele, he has had the privilege of representing award-winning Architects, Landscape Architects and Interior Designers whose various projects have been published internationally. Over the past decade, Ed has served as a relocation specialist and has represented a number of international buyers from Latin America, Europe, and Asia; some of his most recent Buyers have hailed from Mexico, Italy, Germany, France, China, Great Britain, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia and Australia.

Ed has enjoyed a prolific and rewarding association with Berkshire Hathaway (formerly known as Prudential California Realty) since 2001 and has successfully closed 235 sales transactions. One of Ed’s most significant accomplishments is co-listing and selling the “Venezia,” a luxury low-rise new construction condominium project consisting of 25 units, located on the Wilshire Corridor in Westwood.

In 2016, Ed was bestowed the “Legend Award” for five years of consitently ranking in the top 2% of Berkshire Hathaway agents nationwide. In 2022, Ed received his second “Legend Award” marking 10 years of ranking in the top 2%.
