Episcopal Day School boasts two beautiful downtown campuses which include four playgrounds, two outdoor classrooms, two soccer fields, green space, an outdoor ampitheather, and gardens galore. The South Campus Play Space was unveiled in fall 2023. This $2.3 million dollar space includes a basketball court, putting green, brand new playground, two-lane track and turf field - all safely tucked inside the gates of EDS. Students are encouraged to enjoy the out of doors and to discover the world around them through active play and cooperation.

At Episcopal Day School, students in kindergarten through 8th Grade are offered the opportunity to participate in many athletic teams as well as after school clubs, like Drama and Robotics. Over 75% of our students participate in one or more of the following: Robojags, volleyball, cheerleading, flag football, tackle football, basketball, track and field, tennis, soccer, arts/theatre/drama, Spanish Club and yearbook.

EDS is located blocks from the Pensacola MESS Hall, The Saenger Theater, The Pensacola Museum of Art, The Little Theater, and the Pensacola Historic Village. Learning comes to life in downtown Pensacola.

EDS boasts innovative spaces providing students with cutting edge tools to solve real world problems. Innovation requires not only tools but critical thinking skills and teamwork! Students are tasked with creating, designing and implementing solutions using MacBooks, Chromebooks, iPads, 3-D scanners and printers, and clear touch interactive boards as well as hammers and nails!

At EDS, we value and actively participate in service learning opportunities throughout our community. Our servant leaders coordinate and orchestrate meaningful outreach to others ranging from working in the Community Garden, to building a Little Library, to filling the Mayflower in support of Manna Food Bank's efforts to feed families in need. Two hands and a heart - we will change the world! EDS students make a difference.
