Sistemática de trabajo en maternidad: el parto Patricia Prieto Martínez y Diana Vicente Alonso de Armiño Veterinarias Inga Food S.A.
Resumen En los últimos años, el sector porcino y las granjas de reproductoras están sufriendo grandes transformaciones. Dado que el factor humano es el que más influye en el éxito del trabajo, es necesario crear sistemáticas de manejo en granja encaminadas a aumentar la productividad de las explotaciones. En este artículo se van a repasar los aspectos clave para establecer protocolos de preparación y atención del parto, para de esta manera capacitar a los trabajadores de la granja intentando esquematizar y simplificar las tareas. Abstract Systematic operating system in maternity: the farrowing In the past few years, the swine sector and sow farms have been undergoing significant transformations. Since the human factor has the highest influence on work success, new systematic operating systems must be implemented to increase farm productivity. In this article, we are going to have a look at the key factors to set up pre-farrowing and farrowing protocols so that farm works are able to carry out their task in a simple and schematic way.
