As promised, here is the updated second edition of “Get a Room”.

And, boy, did we need to publish a second edition. Half of the properties listed in the first edition have been let, already. The good news is a stack of new properties have rolled in.

But don’t dawdle… If the pace of enquiry carries on at its current rate, we’ll be down to thin pickings earlier than usual.

The flats are in “number of rooms” order and then price order, within each rooms/number group. This layout means you can easily find the flats that work for you – and your budget.

Once you’ve selected your perfect flat, just complete the application form in the centre of this magazine (also available on our website – www.edinburghrealty.co.nz) and you’re underway.

What dollars do you need up front? Not as many as you think. Edinburgh does not charge a letting fee, so all you need is one week’s rent and a bond equivalent to four weeks’ rent.
