Half of the properties listed in the first edition have been let already. Don't dawdle! If the pace of enquiry carries on at it's current rate, we'll be down to thin pickings earlier than usual.

The flats are in “number of rooms” order and then price order, within each rooms/number group. This layout means you can easily find the flats that work for you – and your budget.

Once you’ve selected your perfect flat, complete the online application form or complete the form in the centre of this magazine. These are also available on our website – www.edinburgh.co.nz and you’re underway.

We have also made viewing a flat easier, simply visit www.edinburgh.viewingtracker.com and book your viewing times online.

What dollars do you need up front? Not as many as you think. Edinburgh does not charge a letting fee, so all you need is one week’s rent and a bond equivalent to four weeks’ rent.
