A THOUGHT TO REMEMBER…

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence is a habit.”
--Aristotle
Did you feel good the last time you held a door for someone or helped to carry packages? Did you feel a little brighter when you dropped some change in a charity box, made a donation to a cause you believe in, or even just let someone go ahead of you in a line?
Do those random acts of kindness with frequency and you will find them becoming a natural part of your life. Make good actions part of your everyday existence. Do them repeatedly and you may find that you are becoming a different person.
As Aristotle said, “Excellence is a habit” and it’s a habit that each of us should cultivate.
