MEET CJ, OUR QUALITY MANAGER

Afamiliarfacetomany,thisisCJ,ourQualityManager CJ hasworkedwithintheearlyyearssectorfor 25yearsand whileherpassionhasalwaysbeenaboutacheivingthebest outcomesforchildren,shehasnowextendedthisto dedicatingherexpertisetoensuringapprenticesreceivethe bestqualityofteachingandbestlearningexperience.

Inhersparetimeshespendstimewithherpartner,12year olddaughterandtheirfamilydaschund,Dobby(whooften makesanappearanceattheBHToffice).

WHAT MAKES BRIGHTER HORIZONS DIFFERENT

WeareoftenaskedwhyBrighterHorizonsisdifferentfromotherapprenticeshiptraining companies. Weareallspecialistsinourfields,howeverwestronglybelieveit'sourdelivery model thatsetsusapartfromothers.

1.TUTORIAL

A monthly session with the trainer to complete planned assessments, introduce the next topic, go through the next task, book the dates for the task completion and to answer any questions.

5. PROFESSIONAL DISCUSSION

Taking all the knowledge learnt throughout this model, the learner will prepare to discuss their topic with their trainer, while being recorded.

4. KNOWLEDGE TASK

Using the information from the tutorial, the self-learning and workshop, the learner will have the knowledge to complete this written assignment.

This then continues....

Every quarter there is a review where the trainer, learner and employer meets to discuss the learners progress, review the knowledge, skills and behaviours and to plan any adjustments that may be needed.

2. SELF LEARNING

This is research that is based on the topic given at the tutorial where the learner is provided videos to watch, links to read and things that can be completed in the setting.

3. WORKSHOP

The workshop aims to develop the learners understanding and knowledge of the topic introduced at the tutorial ensuring they have the understanding to complete the tasks needed.
