Abouttheapprenticeship

Thisprogrammewilldeveloptheknowledge,skillsandbehavioursofadultcareworkerstomakeapositive differencetolivesofthepeopletheysupport.Youwillbeworkinginafrontlinerolesuchascarerorsupport worker.

Theywilldeveloptheirvalues,skillsandbehaviourstodeliverexcellentsupport,demonstratingcareand compassion.

Duration

Withadurationof15months(including3monthsEndPointAssessment), apprenticeswillreceiveonlinetrainingandsupportfromourassessor. Onstartingtheywillundertakeanonlineskillsscanenablingustounderstand theirlearningstyleandneedsandwewilltailortheirlearningexperience accordingly.Theassessorwillworkwithapprenticestoensurethattheystay ontracktocompletetheirprogrammeontimebymanagingtheirprogress throughBud,ourlearningplatform.
