Asanemployer,youcangetfundingfromthegovernmenttohelppayforapprenticeship training.
Investingintraininghelpsemployersimprovethequalityoftheirprovision. Stafftrainingcontributestostafffeelingvalued,andhelpswithstaffretention.
Allofourassessorsarespecialistsintheirfields.Weonlyworkinareasthatwehavedirect workplaceexperiencein.
Throughoutourprogrammes,apprenticeswillbesupportedandguidedbyamemberofour staffandwillhavethesupportoftheBrighterHorizonstrainingcentre.
Wesupportemployersrightfromtheoutsetwithaccessingfundingandsecuringfinancial incentives(ifavailable).
Wesupportwithrecruitment,interviewingandappointingnewapprentices. Weregularlyreceiveexceptionalfeedbackfromourcurrentemployers.
Amonthlysessionwiththetrainertocomplete plannedassessments,introducethenexttopic,go throughthenexttask,bookthedatesforthetask completionandtoansweranyquestions.
Takingallthe knowledgelearnt throughoutthis model,thelearner willprepareto discusstheirtopic withtheirtrainer, whilebeing recorded.
Everyquarterthereis areview wherethetrainer,learnerand employermeetstodiscussthe learnersprogress,reviewthe knowledge,skillsandbehaviours andtoplananyadjustmentsthat maybeneeded.
Usingtheinformation fromthetutorial, the self-learningand workshop,thelearner willhavetheknowledge tocompletethiswritten assignment.
Thisisresearchthatis basedonthetopicgiven atthetutorialwherethe learnerisprovided videostowatch,linksto readandthingsthatcan becompletedinthe setting.
Theworkshopaims to developthelearners
understandingandknowledge ofthetopicintroducedatthe tutorialensuringthey havethe understandingtocompletethe tasksneeded.

Thisapprenticeshipisforindividualswhoareatthestartoftheirearlyyearscareerorwhowishtotaketheirfirst stepsintothechildcaresector.Thisprogrammewilldeveloptheirknowledge,skillsandbehavioursofearlyyears practitioners.Theywillbeworkinginarolesuchasanurseryassistant,earlyyearspractitionerornursery practitionerandwillworkaspartofateamwithresponsibilityforsupportingyoungchildrenfrombirthto7yearsof age.
Withadurationof15months(including3monthsEndPointAssessment), apprenticeswillreceiveonlinetrainingandsupportfromourassessor. Onstartingtheywillundertakeanonlineskillsscanenablingustounderstand theirlearningstyleandneedsandwewilltailortheirlearningexperience accordingly.Theassessorwillworkwithapprenticestoensurethattheystay ontracktocompletetheirprogrammeontimebymanagingtheirprogress throughBud,ourlearningplatform.
Apprenticesmustreceiveaminimumaverageof6hoursoff-the-jobtraining perweekiftheywork30+hoursperweek. Thiscanbeanytimedevotedto learningandimprovingnewskillsandcanincludeonlineteaching,practical trainingandwritingassignments.

Employersarerequiredtomakea co-investmentpaymentof5% (£200.00)wheretheyemploy50or morepeopleoremployan
TheEarlyYearsEducatorapprenticeshipissuitableforexperiencedchildcareassistantsandthosewishingto becomeroomleadersormanagechildcareprovision.Theywillbeworkinginarolesuchasearlyyearseducator, nurseryteachingassistantorsupervisorandthisprogrammewillhelpthemtodeveloptheknowledge,skillsand behavioursofearlyyearseducator.
Withadurationof21months(including3monthsEndPointAssessment), apprenticeswillreceiveonlinetrainingandsupportfromourassessor. Onstartingtheywillundertakeanonlineskillsscanenablingustounderstand theirlearningstyleandneedsandwewilltailortheirlearningexperience accordingly.Theassessorwillworkwiththemtoensurethatyoustayontrack tocompletetheirprogrammeontimebymanagingtheirprogressthroughBud, ourlearningplatform.

Undertakingthisapprenticeshipwilldevelopthepractitioner’sabilitytoreflectandbuildonpracticethroughongoingprofessionalenquiryandactionledresearch.
Withadurationof24months(including5monthsEndPointAssessment), apprenticeswillreceiveonlinetrainingandsupportfromourassessor. Onstartingtheywillundertakeanonlineskillsscanenablingustounderstand theirlearningstyleandneedsandwewilltailortheirlearningexperience accordingly.Theassessorwillworkwiththeapprenticestoensurethatthey stayontracktocompletetheirprogrammeontimebymanagingtheirprogress throughBud,ourlearningplatform.

Apprentices must have been a UK, EEA, or EU resident for at least the three years immediately before starting the apprenticeship. In addition,theymustbeemployedin a relevant job role and able to commit to the full length of the programme including the End Point Assessment.

Employers are required to make a co-investment payment of 5% (£400.00)wheretheyemploy50or more people or employ an apprenticeaged19+
TheEarlyYearsSpecialEducationalNeedsCoordinator(SENCo)qualificationisforaLevel3practitionerina private,voluntary,orindependentsetting.Allearlyyear’sprovidersarerequiredtohavearrangementsin placetoidentifyandsupportchildrenwithSpecialEducationalNeedsandDisabilities(SEND)andto promoteequalityofopportunityforchildrenintheircare.Thisisanimportantroletoensurethebest possibleeducationaloutcomesareachievedforchildrenwithSEND.Thequalificationisdesignedforthose alreadyworkinginaSENCoroleaspartoftheirearlyyear’spractitionerrole,orthosewhoareinterestedin doingso.Thisqualificationisalsoappropriateforchildminders.

Assessment
Thecourseissetover3monthsandwithinthese3monthslearnerswillhave2 meetingswiththeirassessorwhowillgivethemalltheteachingandguidance neededtocompletethesetworkbook.
Uponachievementofthisqualification,learnerswillbeabletoprogressto higherlearninginSpecialEducationNeedsandotherrelevantsectors.

Thisproviderisgenuinelythebesttrainingproviderwehaveeverused,andwehave usedalotoverthelast20+years.Theyhavegreatcommunication,keeptheirlearners ontrack,mystaffaregenuinelylearningandimprovingtheirknowledgeandpractice.
Theyalsoactuallyteachandsupportthemtoo.Thisistheonlytrainingproviderthat hastakenthetimetorunworkshopsandproperlytrainlearnersasopposedtoself directedlearningwhichhashadlittlebenefitinthepast.Theyareabletobeflexible withappointmentstofitinaroundtheneedsofthebusinessaswellasthelearner.
