FORCE BRINGS ABOUT MOVEMENT, MOVEMENT CREATES SPACE.

The four limbs of humans act as the lever to bring about movement when force is applied. The arising motion from crouching/lying requires force to be excerted from all four limbs.

In this model, the motion of the action is captured and reinterpreted. It is found that at a certain instinct, the body shape creates a structure with two layers and an internal space with two contrasting heights.

By simplifying the structure into a folded plane, the model shown is created using jenga blocks.

I further questioned myself that how this idea can be implemented to our daily life. I tried to imagine this structure in different scales, and found out this structure can be used as a bench, table, children’s slide or even a pavilion etc.
