Maintenance
To obtain optimum performance and maximum life from the Viscometer Control Module, the following maintenance should be observed: Daily
Check solvent and waste levels Check breather bottle is empty. In the case of a sample overfill, the breather line and bottle must be cleaned.
6 monthly
Check all external tubing connections – replace as necessary Check the performance of the mini pumps – hold spares to replace as necessary
Annually
Check all tubing connections – internal Check vacuum pump performance – service diaphragm type external pump
