If you look up a description of stalking, you will usually always find a similar explanation: Hunters roam carefully and quietly, ’stalking’ and sneaking against the wind to inch closer and closer to their target without being noticed.

However, a seasoned huntsman knows that it’s not just about how quiet their steps are – it’s also about having the right equipment and clothing. Clothing for stalking needs to meet very high demands: it must be absolutely silent when it moves, and it must be robust to withstand crawling along the ground. The material needs to stand up to any weather and any ground conditions, whilst also not making the wearer too warm during strenuous activity.

All of these features can be found in the new and improved ZWETTL & ALPIN 4 All Season series. Each product in the series is made from robust-but-silent CAMPAK material, making them perfect companions for your next stalking hunt. JAGDHUND’s specially-developed CAMPAK Loden is made of a high-quality

blend of natural virgin wool and camel hair.

The ZWETTL 4 jacket features 8 pockets in total, giving you plenty of compartments for carrying your hunting essentials.

Integrated ammunition and binoculars attachments prevent unnecessary noise from opening pockets and bags. The special design in the sleeves and waistband traps air for warmth, while the ventilation slit helps the wearer to cool down during periods of high exertion.

Nothing complements this jacket more than the ALPIN 4 trousers. Four large pockets offer plenty of storage space, while a knife can be held comfortably and securely on the thigh. The soft inner lining is made from pure cotton, providing exceptional warmth, and the ventilation slits provide a cooling function during heavy exertion. The integrated gaiter is also a particular highlight.

With the addition of the DOLOMITEN and GOLS breeches as well, the series is set to be available in stores from autumn 2018.

The temperature change between the mountains and the valleys, particularly in spring and autumn, can really put a hunter and their equipment to the test. The GAMS series from JAGHUND provides innovative solutions for these tough conditions.

As the wonderful white landscape reflects the light from a full moon, the hunter braces themselves for the piercingly cold hours of darkness. While biting low temperatures might not bother the game, it’s important for hunters to be well prepared for cold weather – you could be in it for the long haul! The HOCHKOGEL coat features a slightly longer cut, so that your upper body, buttocks and thighs all stay protected from the cold. The practical design features on the REICHENSTEIN trousers are also ideal for your outing. The side zips run the full length down each leg, allowing you to climb up to your raised hide without the trousers on, and then once in your hide easily slip them on without having to take off your shoes.

If you look up a description of stalking, you will usually always find a similar explanation: Hunters roam carefully and quietly, ’stalking’ and sneaking against the wind to inch closer and closer to their target without being noticed.

However, a seasoned hunter knows that it’s not just about how quiet their steps are – it’s also about having the right equipment and clothing.

Clothing for stalking needs to meet very high demands: it must be absolutely silent when it moves, and it must be robust to withstand crawling along the ground. The material needs to stand up to any weather and any ground conditions, whilst also not making the wearer too warm during strenuous activity.

All this can be found in both the EISENHUT jacket and the FLADNITZ trousers. JAGDHUND’s specially-developed CAMPAK material, is made from a blend of natural virgin wool and camel hair. This robust material is perfect for stalking!

The Eisenhut is a sporty feminine jacket. The five pockets provide ample storage space for your hunting essentials, while the integrated ammunition attachment prevents unnecessary noise from opening pockets and bags. The special design in the sleeves and the continuously adjustable waist drawstring will keep you warm in cooler weather, while the removable hood is an excellent additional detail.

Nothing complements the jacket more than the Fladnitz trousers. Two large pockets offer plenty of storage space, while a knife can be held comfortably and securely in the holder on the thigh. The soft inner lining is made from pure cotton, providing exceptional warmth, and the ventilation slits provide a cooling function during heavy exertion. The integrated gaiter is also a particular highlight.
