Adopt a Non-toxic Lifestyle

Be ready to go as far as is necessary with antiinflammatory nutritional changes, for example, Wahls Paleo Plus (Level 3) It doesn’t have to be forever Eat your fruits, vegetables, good quality proteins, and good fats Avoid gluten, dairy, fast foods, and sugar Intermittent fast Try ketosis Organ meats from grass-fed meat are deeply healing and regenerative for progressive MS

Reduce Stress

Reduce the stresses in your life that are within your power For the ones that are not, find ways to deal with them better This includes setting boundaries and pacing yourself Boundaries are not only for others but for yourself too Sometimes, major changes are necessary such as taking ourselves out of certain toxic environments Get quality sleep

Regulate your Nervous System
