With storage in drawers, to search possible shades the dentist has to take a range of blocks to bring them to the chairside. This is awkward and the unused blocks have to be re-inserted into the correct place in the box inside the drawer so they can be found again.

This issue is solved by the BlockButler as the board with the correct size can be brought to the chairside and shade and translucency can be visualised and chosen without disorganising the storage. “This saves the assitant time and frustration and you can see at a glance what needs to be ordered�

The Standard Quarter Size Board The entry level boards store blocks in 9 columns x 12 rows.

These can be arranged to suit your own requirements. They will hold 108 blocks Particularly suitable for those who keep a smaller range of blocks, they may be wall mounted or kept flat in traditional cabinets.

The boards can be marked with permanent marker to identify your selection of shades you keep.

The range of blocks available is becoming more and more extensive.

Each board may used to carry a range of Feldspathic porcelains, Multi -colours, Lithium Disilicates ( E-Max ), Opaques, Veneers, Acrylics Composites, Temporaries, and the entire range of Zirconium. The Full Size Board These boards store 400 blocks arranged to suit your requirements. You may need only one board – or you can have diferent boards for vaired sizes, transluscencies, manufacturers.

With 2 x 10 vertical columns and 20 rows of holes, a full range of colour and translucency options for any given size of blocks can be stored, displayed and conveniently accessed.

May be wall mounted or counter top.

Made of a colour neutral grey medical grade latex for ideal colour comparison.

Bound by polypropylene casing for rigidity.

Holes have internal nipples to retain the block chucks snugly giving positive retention when

Two quater size boards fit nicely in the average drawer size that you will have in your practice.

We also can provide a wide format customised cabinet to carry either a full size board per drawer or four quarter size boards.

These cabinets can be stand alone with wheels to move from surgery to surgery.
