In Financial Joy I talk about 3 types of sales professionals; the snail, the ostrich, and the seagull. Two of these are all about speed. We get to choose our speed. Some days we need to slow down, listen to our body, and rest. Some seasons we must examine our health and well-
being more carefully than our checklist of all the things in business. Keeping a balance is tricky yet I truly believe health is needed before wealth. We need our leaders ready for the long road. The longer their careers, the better the community benefits.

Years ago I held a meetup called “Design Discussions: Designing for Doctors.” It was attended by 2 friends and it basically fell flat. I’ve always thought the change within difficult health care systems might come from the ‘pissed-off mommy blogger’ and those willing to do the work of making sense of the REAL information patients are craving.
I’m grateful to feature a sales a marketing professional that is working specifically to help
wellness professionals, nutritionists, chiropractors, and others who need to grow their practice just like any small business online.
Seeing patients 1-1 is different than empowering thousands of people to embrace their wellness strategy online.

Nicole Lanni is my featured remarkable leader this month! Her career continues to give back to patients who are struggling to make sense of their bodies. Her journey from coma to consultant brings fresh eyes to the field. With a love for art and becoming a Nutritionist, Functional Bloodwork Specialist, and Certified Health Coach; Nicole is dedicated to improving how we approach wellness.
My own medical challenges over th last 3 years still have me in physica therapy and looking for a naturopat I’m committed to feeling great in m body again.
Nicole and I are in a marketing mastermind together and every tim she speaks up, I listen. I always wan to help with what type of visuals these healers can be using.
I also relate to Nicole in the sense that she’s evolving. She’s taking on select clients while building training programs for these health professionals. She’s helping the consumer, and the providers. I love that! Having insight on both slides is a blessing!

In many business masterminds it’s encouraged to focus on “revenue producing activities” and lately I’ve noticed the importance of revenue producing moods.
When we are “off” in our body or our brain feels foggy, we don’t perform the same. In my recovery from surgery I’ve noticed a major shift in confidence and general feeling.
Nicole’s website is called “Feeling Groovy Consulting.” That highvibe, joyful dancing, grateful and giddy energy completely makes a difference in business if you ask me.
Sometimes we don’t need to “grind,” we just need to relax and feel good.., maybe even groovy!
Could you imagine waking up after 4 months in a coma?

Whether people lose consciousness for a few moments or months, it prevents our ability to live out our calling.
In Nicole’s case, it was from mold in her home!? How wild is that? Things that aren’t on the radar in a lot of homes and health conversations.
Recently in my extended family there has been a medical disaster. My second cousin survived an awful head on car collision and is now facing months of physical therapy and a changed world.
There was a huge call for folks to donate blood. If you’ve never been on the receiving end, it may not seem important but when it’s people you love, you start to shout from the rooftops!!! Not all items on our to-do list can help save lives. This is a simple action almost anyone can do! Can you schedule time to donate blood this Spring? Please do!

You can organize your videos into categories on YouTube, they call it a video playlist. These are great for the search engines. You don’t have to make the video to leverage it in a playlist. Easily viewable content for consumer, often used in a blog post or sales process.
Graphics designed to showcase information. These can be pricey to create and curating the right information takes time. Price range $300-1500. Be sure to blog about your infographic and pin it to Pinterest to maximize view-ability.
Turn those complex topics into a simple graphic with 3-9 descriptors. You feature one topic, person, or place, and add text to highlight the elements. This is easy to consume content for visual leaners but may take more time to develop. Show the most important parts of a subject with bite sized and eye-catching.
