When leaders inspire their friends, teams, and customers, powerful moments like this come to life. This month’s featured remarkable leader is Karen Rae of FaveLifestyles.com. She goes live consistently—and it’s truly encouraging to watch! Karen casts a clear vision for the women in her circle, loving and uplifting them in ways that are deeply authentic.
She asks bold, catalytic questions to activate this brave circle and as a result, many of these radiant women have stepped up to share their stories, publish their work, and speak with courage. I hope to create a community like this with data art and Financial Joy. Karen has shown me what is possible!
A glisten of hope mixed with massive leverage
When I first met Karen years ago she was coming out of painful divorce and she attended many of my Developing Digital You workshops at the old Remarkable Room in downtown Bothell.
Her son was very savvy with the camera and together they pulled off many high end video experiences for the community. I’ve seen her hire teams of talent, invite talent to the table and broadcast boldly in the marketplace.
As I settle into my new space, I find myself in a new mindset—one rooted in vision and leadership. I feel called to lead a visual movement, and that means it’s time to build my team. It’s time to activate champions just as Karen has done so gracefully.
I'm looking for bold storytellers, thoughtful creatives, strategic thinkers, and amplifiers of joy—people ready to co-create, to be seen, and to help others shine.

For this interview, I asked Karen some juicy questions about content syndication—how we can truly build an army of helpers and reach one million women getting brave. The theme of our conversation? ASK.
Ask the ladies to share your videos.
Ask them to pray for you.
Ask them to tell their story.
We brainstormed dozens of ways supporters could help carry this mission forward. And that’s what this Brave Story Bingo is all about— for anyone who believes in Karen’s vision of amplifying a million brave voices.
The truth is, these moments are already happening.
But my question is are folks finding them 20,000 doors away? If we are committed to 1 M, we must share & syndicate... or run ads!

Here are a few question Karen loves and recommends to weave into the conversations with those we care about.
1 1..What’s one What’s one brave step brave step you’ve taken recently that you’ve taken recently that you wish more people would recognize or you wish more people would recognize or celebrate? celebrate?
2 2..When have you had to When have you had to ask for help ask for help, and how did it , and how did it feel to reach out? feel to reach out?
3 3..How have you supported another woman through How have you supported another woman through a difficult or uncertain time, and what a difficult or uncertain time, and what impact impact did it did it have on you both? have on you both?
4 4..Is there a moment where you felt invisible or Is there a moment where you felt invisible or undervalued—and how did you undervalued—and how did you move through it move through it? ?
5 5..What does being brave look like for you in your What does being brave look like for you in your everyday everyday life—whether it’s a small act of self-care life—whether it’s a small act of self-care or something bigger? or something bigger?
The numbers don’t add up— at least not for Karen to personally interview a million women. But that’s where strategy steps in.
I’m reminded of Orrin’s Chess publication from March 2025, where he emphasized the importance of knowing “the best next right move.” That’s not just a chess tactic—it’s a marketer’s challenge and a leader’s responsibility: to clear a path forward, even when the board feels uncertain. It’s not easy yet.
But the game is changing. With the rise of AI and new digital tools, Karen’s community now has more resources, more time, and more options. The dream of reaching a million brave voices isn’t out of reach. It just takes the right moves, made together.
Every member of her community can contribute in new and helpful ways.
The movement is made up of visionary leaders, content creators, amplifiers, and supporters—each playing a vital role.
From those who chart the course, to the digitally savvy who share and engage, and the ladies and gentleman who echo the message far and wide, every layer helps bring bold stories to life.
On the right is a visual of how I would doodle the waves of activity over our social audience matrix. How could you get 10,000 people to see one of your videos?
Marketing well isn’t just about growing a business, it’s about helping a lot of people! Our neighbors maybe desperate or dreaming about the service or experience we provide. Activate a community to move your message faster and further!
If you have a large community, each member could be encouraged and activated to participate in your mission.
Developing Digital You takes a lot of inner courage and bravery. When we reflect on our performance, it helps us see a character at a point in time.
Data art looks back at the choices we made in our prior month, year, or decade. Sometimes our choices are limited based on how well we’re feeling.
Often it’s our leadership or camera readiness skills that need sharpening if we find we keep hiding from the camera.
