Self Defense Kickboxing

Mondays & Fridays | 8:05 - 8:50pm

Community Center Room 6| Ages 12 & up

$50 per month

$50 registration fee paid to instructor, which includes kickboxing gloves and hand wraps. This self defense class is taught by Sijo James Smith. It is based on the premise of kickboxing. Students will learn how to properly punch and kick. This high energy work out full of repetitive punching and kicking combinations will teach you to be aware of your own actions and others.

We are under the instruction of Grandmaster James E. Smith. He has over 50 years of experience in martial arts. Our foundational style is Chinese Kenpo. We teach traditional weapons such as bo staff, broad sword and escrima sticks that are included in the curriculum. We participate in karate tournaments and demonstrations throughout Texas. Ladies Low Impact Aerobics

Low Impact Aerobics is a cardiovascular exercise that elevates the heart rate, but is low impact on your joints. Sculpting and weights are also supplemented in this hour-long session. Best deal around! No contract or sign-up fees. Get fit and enjoy the fellowship with our instructor, Bobbie Butler, who has over 30 years experience.
