Space Descriptions -First Floor-


The Formal Dining Room + Adjacent Pub Bar Gothic pocket doors open to a breathtaking space ideal for intimate meetings for up to 30 individuals. This room features a hand-carved 24-foot table, two original wall paintings depicting historical gatherings, and a gorgeous fireplace mantle circa 1893. Above, you will marvel at the Italian barrel-vaulted ceiling and a pair of 1830 French chandeliers. Adjacent to the formal dining room is our 19th Century English Pub Bar - the perfect place for after-work libations!

The Solarium Full of light and breathtaking views, the Solarium is ideal for afternoon teas, breakfasts or breakout meetings for up to 12 guests. Solar-cooled with insulated glass windows ensure premium temperature control regardless of the season. An adjacent intimate courtyard offers a breath of fresh air just a few steps away.

Space Descriptions -Lower Level-


The Ballroom

Magnificent in both size and style, the Ballroom offers 2,500 square feet for the ideal location to host your next company meeting, annual retreat, or lavish client dinner. Wood coffered ceilings and wrought iron chandeliers were custom manufactured for the space, while the sandstone fireplace originates from the coast of Scotland. The space provides seating for 150 seated guests or 250 cocktail party-style guests. Floor to ceiling doors and windows open to the adjacent Bluestone Terrace and easily transforms the Ballroom into a hybrid indoor-outdoor party space.

The Terrace Bar Step down into the Terrace Bar from the Ballroom for the perfect atmosphere for an Intimate Meeting, Wine Dinner or Team Happy Hour. Complete with fireplace, wood-paneled bar, and two doors opening to the picturesque Bluestone Terrace, this space also lends itself to the possibility of yet another hybrid indoor-outdoor experience for your guests.

The Wine Cellar Sip a fine wine or discuss a content-sensitive meeting in the catacomb-like wine cellar. This especially private space is adorned with stone walls and bluestone flooring. Just outside you’ll find the Secret Garden, one of the most peaceful areas of the estate.

The Bluestone Terrace Embrace the outdoor serenity of Dover Hall on its 4000 square foot Terrace, located directly behind the castle. This area features rattan lounge areas, wrought iron seating, and two fire pits. Enjoy use of the adjacent stone-walled gardens by day, bistro lights and country skies by night.

The Cobblestone Court On the Northeast side of the Estate House lies a beautiful 4,000 square foot Cobblestone Courtyard. This idyllic space is illuminated by bistro lights and offers gorgeous views of both the front of the estate and rear forested areas.

The Tent Area A 60’ x 135’ polished concrete pad located on the southwest corner of the Estate House offers space for a host-provided tent, capable of seating 400 guests.

The Rose Garden A few steps down from the Bluestone Terrace is the intimate and serene Rose Garden - accompanied by two stone-walled gardens. This area is perfect for an outdoor dinner or cocktail party.

The Pool Stepping past the Rose Garden is an active double-entry swimming pool measuring 90 feet long surrounded by a 4000 square foot terrace and large open grass field--ideal for a poolside BBQ or more casual affair.

Food and Beverage Dover Hall provides all Food + Beverage services under the guidance of our resident Executive Chef, Lee Hendrickson. Dover Hall’s Artisan in-house catering team will create a high touch and elevated culinary experience for your event. From Passed Canapés to Elegant Served Breakfast, Lunches, and Dinners and specifically curated Bar Packages.
