Space Descriptions Outdoor Areas

The Bluestone Terrace

Embrace the outdoor serenity of Dover Hall on its 4000 square foot Terrace, located directly behind the castle. This area features rattan lounge areas, wrought iron seating, and two fire pits. Enjoy use of the adjacent stone-walled gardens by day, bistro lights and country skies by night.

The Cobblestone Court

On the Northeast side of the Estate House lies a beautiful 4,000 square foot Cobblestone Courtyard. This idyllic space is illuminated by bistro lights and offers gorgeous views of both the front of the estate and rear forested areas.

The Tent Area

A 60’ x 135’ polished concrete pad located on the southwest corner of the Estate House offers space for a host-provided tent, capable of seating 400 guests.

The Rose Garden

A few steps down from the Bluestone Terrace is the intimate and serene Rose Garden - accompanied by two stone-walled gardens. This area is perfect for an outdoor dinner or cocktail party.

The Pool

Stepping past the Rose Garden is an active double-entry swimming pool measuring 90 feet long surrounded by a 4000 square foot terrace and large open grass field--ideal for a poolside BBQ or more casual affair.

Dover Hall provides all Food + Beverage services under the guidance of our resident Executive Chef, Lee Hendrickson. Dover Hall’s Artisan in-house catering team will create a high touch and elevated culinary experience for your event. From Passed Canapés to Elegant Served Breakfast, Lunches, and Dinners and specifically curated Bar Packages.
