Meet Local Dentist Niki Laskaris, DDS

DR. NIKI LASKARIS has been a dentist in Park Ridge since 1994.

Where did you grow up? I grew up on the northwest side of Chicago. I opened my practice in Park Ridge and quickly began developing relationships with the residents of the community. It became clear to me that Park Ridge was a wonderful place which offered all the qualities of a small town as well as the benefits of a developed, urban area.

Tell us about your family? I have been married to my husband Angelo for 35 years. Our son, George is 30 years old. Our daughter Alexa is 26 years old, and will be finishing dental school at Marquette next year!

What inspired you to start your business? I was always drawn to a profession in the service of others. I truly enjoy meeting and connecting with different people, from all walks of life. I knew that a career where I was able to help people on a daily basis would be incredibly fulfilling.

What is unique about your business? The fact that I live in town affords me the opportunity to be truly connected to my patients and local community.

What do you take the most pride in? I strive to have every single patient leave our office with a feeling of comfort and satisfaction that are far beyond what one would expect to find any other dental practice.

What sets you apart from others in your industry?

Our practice provides a full range of dental treatments including preventative, aesthetic, and restorative dentistry. In addition to these dental procedures we also offer beauty services such as Botox and Juvederm to enhance your appearance.

What do you find most fulfilling about what you do? I enjoy developing strong bonds with my patients and treat them as I would my own family.

Given your business expertise and the nature of what you do, what advice can you offer to the residents of the neighborhood regarding your industry? Dentistry is constantly evolving. There are so many new and amazing techniques and options to enhance your smile.

What are you most grateful for? I am most grateful for the trust our patients have in the practice. I am honored that patients I have treated as children continue to see me and now bring their own children to our office.
