PAC Announces 2019 Summit Meetings At PAC, we never stop striving to learn. We believe that long term-success is dependent on personal and professional education for all of us. To that end, we are pleased to announce our 2019 Summit meetings. The first meeting, the PAC Industry Summit, will be held on April 24, 2019, in Manhattan, Kansas. Leaders from the beef, dairy, swine and farming industries, as well as key agricultural and rural stakeholders and policymakers, are invited to join us as we address how to attract, train and retain employees in rural agriculture operations. Additionally, attendees are invited to the Upson Lecture Series on Tuesday evening, April 23, at 6:30 PM. Samuel Cossio of Easterday Ranches will be presenting “Endless Opportunities for All in American Agriculture.” This summer, we will host the PAC Caregiver Enrichment Summit series. This series will include three afternoon meetings in locations across Kansas and Nebraska. Each meeting will cover cattle handling and operational challenges facing feedlot caregivers on daily basis.
