This bar selection offers a full range of beverages for your guests to pay for as they order. The hotel offers a lobby ATM on site for convenience.
Price per drink is dependent on the bar level you select (see next page). General pricing ranges from $8-9 for beer and seltzers, $10-12 for wine, $12-16 for most mixed drinks, and $4 for sodas and $5 bottled water. Specialty items available upon request.
Bartenders and event staff may be required for your event. The hourly rate is $50 per bartender with a three hour minimum. Event staff rates vary based on scope of your event to ensure excellent service. See you event manager for a staffing quote.

Most events are up to 4 hours, plus set up and breakdown time. Additional time may carry applicable fees. Lunches are served between 11am and 4pm. Dinners are served between 4pm and 10pm. Buffets are onehour service unless otherwise indicated.

The hotel does not permit outside catering, and provides a full range of catering options for all event styles. For specialty catering needs, please discuss with your Sales Manager.

A signed contract with a non-refundable deposit is due to secure the date. Following your detailing appointment, you will receive a Banquet Event Order from our Venue Coordinator summarizing the details of your event. Your final head count and guarantee will be due fourteen (14) business days prior to the event.
We accept certified check or credit card as method of payment. Personal checks are not accepted within 14 business days of the event. Please make all checks payable to the Hilton Appleton Paper Valley.
Your Sales Manager can facilitate a group room rate for qualifying groups. The hotel provides a custom booking link for your group’s guests to easily book their own stays with us at the group rate prior to the group cutoff date.
The hotel offers 24-hour complimentary shuttle service to and from the Appleton International Airport (ATW). For best service, contact the front desk to arrange your shuttle times.
The hotel is located off I-41, exit 137, College Avenue Highway 441 Bypass South to College Avenue. Once on College Avenue, the hotel is approximately three miles down on the south side of College Avenue.
Vendors have access to your space two hours prior to the start time of the event. Earlier access will be based on hotel availability and will need to be discussed with your Sales Manager. Vendor Meals are available and number of vendors must be submitted with your final event guest count.
