Welcome to the Hilton Appleton Paper Valley Hotel! It’s an honor to be part of your event, and I sincerely thank you for choosing us.

My passion for food started in my Wisconsin childhood, surrounded by family, fresh ingredients, and the joy of cooking together. After graduating culinary school, I honed my skills under chefs like John Doherty at The Waldorf Astoria and Emeril Lagasse in New Orleans, developing a love for bold flavors and grilled meats.

My food philosophy is rooted in simplicity, sustainability, and storytelling. Whether it’s an elegant dinner or a lively reception, we focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and dishes that spark connection.

I don’t believe in having one signature dish, because every dish deserves care and creativity. But if I had to choose, I’d say Steak Diane is a favorite a classic that proves food can be both timeless and deeply personal.

MEAL & EVENT TIMES

Most events are up to 4 hours, plus set up and breakdown time. Additional time may carry applicable fees. Lunches are served between 11am and 4pm. Dinners are served between 4pm and 10pm. Buffets are one-hour service unless otherwise indicated.

PARKING

CONTRACTS, DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

A signed contract with a non-refundable deposit is due to secure the date. Following your detailing appointment, you will receive a Banquet Event Order from our Venue Coordinator summarizing the details of your event. Your final head count and guarantee will be due fourteen (14) business days prior to the event.

We accept certified check or credit card as method of payment. Personal checks are not accepted within 14 business days of the event. Please make all checks payable to the Hilton Appleton Paper Valley.

GROUP ROOM RATES

Your Sales Manager can facilitate a group room rate for qualifying groups. The hotel provides a custom booking link for your group’s guests to easily book their own stays with us at the group rate prior to the group cutoff date.

HOTEL SHUTTLE

The hotel offers 24-hour complimentary shuttle service to and from the Appleton International Airport (ATW). For best service, contact the front desk to arrange your shuttle times in advance of your arrival.

TRAVEL

The hotel is located off I-41, exit 137, College Avenue Highway 441 Bypass South to College Avenue. Once on College Avenue, the hotel is approximately three miles down on the south side of College Avenue.

VENDORS

Vendors have access to your space two hours prior to the start time of the event. Earlier access will be based on hotel availability and will need to be discussed with your Sales Manager. Vendor Meals are available and number of vendors must be submitted with your final event guest count.
