ON Site provides the convenience, expertise, & cost-effective management to ensure that your meeting or event is a complete success.
Breakfast buffets are designed for one hour of service time & for groups of 25 or more. Packaged breaks are designed for a 30-minute time frame & for the entire group. Packaged breaks are not intended to substitute any meal category. All breaks are served with seasonal flavored infused water, freshly brewed Starbucks regular & decaffeinated coffee, & hot Teavana tea. Buffets are designed for an hour & a half time frame & for groups of 25 or more. Please allow additional prep time for day-of orders. Priced per person.
All food & beverage charges are subject to service charge (25%), & sales taxes (8.25%). Tax & service charge are subject to change without prior notice. The 25% service charge is taxable.

Service fee equivalent to that meal period will apply to any outside food and/or beverage served in our space, regardless of whether Hotel labor is required. Parking fees vary by group agreement. Self-parking is $10 overnight and $25 valet overnight. Subject to sales tax.
Your Sales Manager can facilitate a group room rate for qualifying groups The hotel provides a custom booking link for your group ’s guests to easily book their own stays with us at the group rate prior to the group cutoff date.

If shipping and/or storage fees are incurred, all charges will automatically be posted to the group master account. Please confirm details with your catering manager for approval & note the applicable charges below. If not listed for shipping method, pricing can be provided.
• The client will be responsible to organize & collect payments details via the groups’ internal registration process for each exhibitor/vendor.
• The originator must have shipping tracking numbers available when on site.
• Boxes will be accepted 2-3 days out.

AUDIO VISUAL – ON SITE Audio Visual is our preferred in -house audio-visual contractor. While ON-SITE Audio-Visual is our preferred in-house provider, they maintain the exclusive rights to provide audio-visual services in all sleeping rooms & hospitality suites, as well as any rigging required on property. All audio-visual equipment is ordered by the Hotel based on the signed BEOs. Pricing subject to change without prior notice per ON SITE.
At our property you will receive assistance in the coordination of your event with all details pertaining to our offerings here at the hotel. Throughout your event, these details will be executed by the assigned Floor Banquet Captain from start to finish with the guidance of your onsite contact, event planner and/or Master of Ceremonies (i.e., DJ or Band Leader).
The guaranteed number of guests for all Food & Beverage functions must be submitted to the Sales & Catering Department no later than the date listed on the contract. This number will be considered the final guarantee, not subject to reduction, & charges will be made accordingly. If the guarantee is not received by the cut-off date & time, the Hotel will assume that the “expected” number of guests noted at the top of the banquet event order or the expected number of guests submitted to the Catering Department, is the guarantee.
The guarantee becomes the minimum number of guests used in calculating food preparation. Should the actual number of guests in attendance of the event exceed the guarantee; the group will be charged for that number of guests.
The Hotel agrees to set 3% over the guarantee for all food & beverage functions.
The Hotel will be prepared to serve 3% more than the guaranteed number of attendance & cannot be responsible for service to more than 3% over the guarantee. If the guarantee increases within 72hrs, the 3% over set will not apply, & the guarantee then becomes the set.
Vendors have access to your space one hour prior to the start time of the event. Earlier access will be based on hotel availability & will need to be discussed with your Sales Manager additional fees may apply. Vendor Meals are available & number of vendors must be submitted with your final event guest count.
