


Our Catering Team can assist you with your menu and beverage needs, as well as any special set-up, décor, floral, audio visual and entertainment requirements.

• Buffet Selections are an additional $5.00 per person for all evening events, after 5:00pm
• All food, beverage, room rental and audio-visual fees are subject to 8.38% sales tax and 22% service charge. According to State regulation, all service charges are subject to a sales tax.
• Tax-exempt organizations must furnish a certificate of St of NV Sales tax Exemption Certification to the hotel one month prior to the event.
• To ensure availability of menu items, your selections should be submitted to the Catering office no later than three weeks prior to the event.
• All food and beverage must be supplied by the Catering Department or with prior approval from an outside licensed and insured caterer.
• To ensure compliance with the Clark County Board of Health food handling regulations, food and beverage will be consumed in the banquet area at the contracted time. No guest may take food or beverage of any kind out of the banquet area.
• Guarantees for all functions must be given to the Catering office no later than 12:00pm PST, three (3) business days prior to the event.
• If no guarantee is received, you will be charged the expected number set forth on the banquet event order as the guarantee or the number of people actually served, whichever is greater.
• Banquet rooms are assigned according to the guaranteed number of people anticipated. Please talk to your assigned Event Manager.
• There is an additional fee of $250.00 to remove furniture in the foyer of the Event Center.
• Any decorations or displays brought into the hotel must be approved in advance in order to conform to the local fire codes and Hilton.
• Candles are not permitted
• Items may not be attached to any wall, floor, window or ceiling with nails, staples, tape or any other substance.
• Banners hung by hotel staff will incur a charge of $25.00 per banner.
• A completed list of audio-visual equipment is available.
• There is a $250.00 fee for clean-up and disposal of confetti or glitter.
• Should the hotel deem that your event requires Security; arrangements may be made prior to your event start date. See our Catering Team for more information.
• A non-refundable fee in the amount of 25% of the estimated event charges is required by credit card to secure space for your event.
• The remaining anticipated charges are required to be paid three (3) business days prior to the event. Applications for Direct billing must be received more than 30 days prior to the event for corporate events.
• If payment has not been received within the specified time limits, the hotel maintains the right to cancel the event and retain the deposit.
• The function sponsor agrees that by signing the banquet check for food, beverage and other services, he/she acknowledges the fact that there is no dispute over such services and sponsor is solely responsible for the payment of total amount due.
