Our ballroom is a grand and versatile event space, offering 11,870 square feet of beautifully designed area that can accommodate up to 600 guests for a stunning wedding celebration. Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a large-scale event, the ballroom can be customized to suit your needs by sectioning off smaller portions for a more intimate atmosphere.
The training center features pre function spaces that leads to a 52 seat Amphitheatre, two lakefront breakout rooms and a private office or board room! The Amphitheatre features AV equipment that is included with a daily technician fee plus all four meeting rooms in the Training Center offer complimentary WiFi.
Each 800 sq ft, the Admiral and Commodore Rooms offer natural light, stunning views of Lake Ray Hubbard, and a shared outdoor patio. While separated by a wall for privacy, the rooms are connected by a private foyer, allowing for a seamless flow between the two. Perfect for larger events, one room can host dinner while the other accommodates entertainment, or both can be used for different functions. With their versatile layout and lakeside setting, these rooms provide a flexible and elegant space for your event.
Just outside the Bella Harbor Ballroom, the Pre-Function West offers a stylish and Inviting area bathed in natural light from large windows that frame picturesque views of Lake Ray Hubbard. This space provides a seamless flow from cocktail hour to reception, allowing your guests to enjoy the beauty of the lake while sipping cocktails and mingling.

The sale and service of alcoholic beverages is regulated by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. The Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront Hotel is responsible for the administration of those regulations. It is TABC policy that all alcoholic beverages must be provided by the hotel.
The hotel is a very popular weekend destination, and because we are sometimes fully booked on the weekends, we highly recommend sending a save the date card or letter to your guests to reserve their preferred choice of accommodations.
It is necessary that the Catering Office be notified of the exact number of guests attending a function at least 4 business days prior to the event. This number is not subject to reduction. This will be considered the guarantee for which you will be charged, even if fewer guests attend. If no guarantee is received, the number of guests that appears on the banquet event order will be considered your count.
