Full Service Catering

Our Full Service Catering is the heart of our catering guide and offers a broad range of catering options, from morning buffets to working lunches or themed dinners. Full Service Catering offers delivery, setup, Bon Appétit signature presentation and pick up once your event is complete.

Please be assured that this is only a “starting place.” We will be happy to personalize any catering event to suit your needs.

eXpress Catering

Our eXpress Catering is all about casual catering needs, smaller groups and do-it-yourself events. Selections on this menu are conveniently packaged for ease of picking up at the Café of your choice. There is no set-up or pick-up service available for this menu. For catering needs that require set-up or pick-up, please refer to our Full Service Catering menu.

The Grand Central Bakery

All our artisan cakes and pastries are house-made in our Grand Central Bakery. We use only the finest ingredients, including real dairy butter, pure vanilla, fair-trade chocolate and cage-free eggs. None of our baked goods contain artificial flavors, trans-fats, preservatives or artificial food coloring.

Catering Policies and Guidelines

EVENTS AND DELIVERIES

Ordering

Orders must be placed (2) business days from your event date on https://wds.catertrax.com.

Please indicate the location where your event will take place when placing your order on CaterTrax

Custom Orders

Whether you are conducting a department meeting, hosting a customer visit or celebrating a special occasion, our talented chefs will be happy to create a customized menu for your event.

Pop-Up Requests

For order requests less than (2) business days, please place your order as soon as possible and your Catering Department will get back to you We will do our absolute best to accommodate last minute requests however not all selections may be available These requests are considered Pop-Up requests and will be subject to a $25 Pop-Up fee.

Confirmation

All orders will be confirmed via Tracking Message through CaterTrax. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact your Catering Department.

Guarantees

For events with (50) guests or less, the final guaranteed guest count must be submitted (2) business days prior to your event This number cannot be reduced

For events with (51) guests or more, the final guaranteed guest count must be submitted (5) business days prior to your event. This number cannot be reduced.

If a guarantee is not provided by the due date, your final estimate will be used as the guaranteed guest count. Your event will be billed for the actual attendance or the final guaranteed guest count, whichever is greater.

Changes

Order changes made to an event less than (2) business days prior are subject to a $32 fee. We cannot guarantee changes/revisions after a deadline has passed.

Catering Policies and Guidelines Continued

Payment

All Catering Orders will require a valid form of payment at least two business days prior to your event. We happily accept either a valid Purchase Order or Credit Card to help complete your order. You may enter this during your check out process on CaterTrax. Some helpful tips regarding requesting Purchase Order Numbers for Catering:

PO’s must be created with 30-Day terms

PO’s must be created and routed to the person who will approve the final Service Order Entry.

Service Order Entry approval defaults to the current date (then the invoice has the 30day terms from this date) so please be sure the Service Order Entry date is changed to the EVENT date. This will ensure that you have 30-days from the date of your event to approve final charges.

If you prefer to pay with Credit Card, we gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, JCB, P-Cards and T&E Cards

Order Minimums for Delivery

There is a minimum order of $50 per delivery.

Wait Time

Our Catering Attendants will be at your desired set-up/pick-up time as indicated on your Catering Invoice. If the Catering Attendant is not able to set-up/pick-up as requested due to your event running long, a Wait Time Fee of $32 is applicable for every (15) minutes.

Please allow for set-up and clean-up times when booking your event space

Delivery Fees

All Catering orders in the immediate area will be delivered with no additional fees. For Off-Site requests, a tiered delivery charge will apply based on the final destination. Some locations will incur a fuel surcharge in addition to a delivery charge. Please inquire directly with your Catering Department.

Cancellations

Changes, additions, or cancellations to catering orders must be made to the Catering Department via CaterTrax Tracking Message. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged a minimum of 50% of the total invoice, or up to a 100% charge, to cover the cost of the purchased and prepared food.ring Department.

Special Services and Rentals

In addition to the food services provided, we will be happy to help coordinate specialty linen, flower arrangements, formal dinnerware, special kitchen equipment, and décor at an additional charge. Please contact the Catering Department for assistance.

Linens

Standard in-house linen will be provided to cover all food tables. Standard in-house linens are available to enhance an existing catering order for covering seating or other tables for $7.50 per linen and $1.05 per linen napkin. Available colors are White or Black. Additional Colors can be accommodated with a minimum of (1) week notice. Please contact the Catering Department for additional linen options (including specialty rental linen). Please be sure to arrange with Corovan or Facilities tables for us to set-up our Catering.

China

China service utilizing in-house China is available at $4 to $7 per person for up to (50) guests

Quantities are limited and assigned to events on a first-come, first served basis when requests are received. If China Service is not available and is requested the charge for rental china will be added to your order. Please speak to your Catering Department if you have China needs for more than (50) guests.

Removing Uneaten Product

Items that remain on the buffet table may be available for you to take home. Please consult with your Catering Department on any items you may wish to take, as certain items will not be permitted to leave the premises Please note that once the items are packaged, the guest taking home leftovers assumes liability for proper storage and consumption of the leftover product.

Catering staff is not permitted to pack any food to go. Clamshells are available for the purpose of taking leftovers away from your event. Clamshells are charged on consumption of $0.75 per piece. Please be sure to request these in advance.

Catering Equipment

You are responsible for all catering equipment Any missing or damaged equipment upon pickup will be charged the full replacement value on your Event Catering Order.

Labor

Labor is charged on the hour, not a portion thereof.

Pick-Ups and Deliveries

Catering Requests for Pick-Ups and Deliveries during normal business hours of 6am-5pm do not incur additional labor charges, unless specialized event services are requested

After-Hours Labor

Catering Requests that start or continue past 5pm until 12am midnight requires After-Hours Labor of $56 per hour applicable to both service and culinary staff based on the order request.

Overnight Labor

Catering Requests that start or continue past 12am midnight and goes until 6am requires Overnight Labor of $85 per hour applicable to both service and culinary staff based on the order request

Weekend Labor

Catering Requests for Saturday and/or Sunday requires Weekend Labor of $68 per person per hour at a minimum of (4) hours, applicable to both service and culinary staff based on the order request.

Holiday Labor

Catering Requests that occur on a Holiday requires Holiday Labor Holiday labor is charged at $85 per person per hour with a (4) hour minimum applicable to both service and culinary staff based on the order request.

Events

Chefs, Carvers and Grill Cooks

Specialized services such as chefs, carvers, grill cooks and action stations are available for your event and determined based on the total guest count. Specialized staffing is charged at $75 per hour with a (4) hour minimum.

Servers and Bartenders

Your Catering Department will recommend the appropriate staffing depending on the size and scope of your event. Captains, Bartenders and Servers are charged at $57per hour with a (4) hour minimum for events on Monday through Friday and $68 per hour with a (4) hour minimum on Saturdays and Sundays.

Staffing for Full Service Catering will be charged using the standard labor formula: (2) hours set-up + Event Time + (1) hour break-down*

Booking Café Spaces for Meetings and Events

Café spaces and Meeting Rooms adjacent to the Café may be booked for Meetings and Events on a case by case basis. Please consult with your Catering Department on availability. Please note that no outside food will be permitted in any meetings or events in any Disney Café or Meetings Rooms adjacent to any Disney Café.
