The stars hang heavy in the midnight sky, Yet none can match the light in your eye. Now silence sings where your laughter grew, and the world feels so dim without you.
Each dawn arrives with a hollow ache, A love so strong, no time could break. But cruel hands stole you far too soon, Leaving me alone beneath the moon.
The world keeps spinning, and time moves on, But apart of me is where you’re gone. A laugh, a glance, a fleeting smile— Each memory keeps you here a while.
Your voice, a melody soft and sweet, Lingers where our souls would meet. Though fate was cruel, it cannot sever, The bond we share, will be alive forever.
I’ll walk this life always with you on my mind, In every tear, your love I’ll find. I’ll carry your name in all I do, Until the next time I see you.
