WE SALUTE YOU AND thank you for your service!
A Minister’s Heart
In quiet halls where whispers dwell,
A voice of hope, a soul to tell, With open arms and a guiding hand, They walk with us through this vast land.
In prayerful moments, they find their grace, With love and wisdom, they embrace, Each heartache shared, each joy expressed,
A beacon of light, a spirit blessed.
Through storms of life, they stand so tall, A listening ear, they answer the call, With faith as their anchor, they lead the way, Transforming darkness into day.
In every service, in each kind deed, They plant the seeds of love we need, For a minister’s life is one of care,
A life devoted, a heart laid bare.
So here’s to the one who served with grace, Who walked beside us in every space, May his journey be blessed, his spirit soar, For the cherished memories live within us, forevermore.
Hold to God’s Unchanging Hand
Time is filled with swift transition.
Naught of earth unmoved can stand.
Build your hopes on things eternal.
Hold to God’s unchanging hand.
Trust in Him who will not leave you. Whatsoever years may bring. If by earthly friends forsaken, Still more closely to Him cling.
Hold to His hand, God’s unchanging hand.
When your journey is completed, If to God you have been true, Fair and bright the home in Glory
Your enraptured soul will view.
Hold to His hand, God’s unchanging hand.
