We have exciting new upgrades coming to Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort!
Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort is pleased to announce an exciting renovation plan for Building D. Starting June 2025, your buildings will undergo an impressive upgrade with a fresh and distinctive new look in every room.
As significant changes have not been made to these units since 2010, the goal of this renovation is to improve your investment and ensure:
1. Quality vacations and pride of ownership for years to come.
2. It continues to meet or exceed the quality of competing resorts in Aruba.
3. It maintains your trading power within the Interval International and RCI exchange networks should you choose to travel to other destinations.
Over the past couple of years, we’ve completed these improvements and upgrades around the resort:
• Complete interior renovation to Mulligan’s Golf Cafe, Bar & Restaurant
• Added new dining chairs and tables at Windows on Aruba
• Opened brand-new restaurant in the Clubhouse, BarTapas
• Updated the driving range with new equipment
• Enhanced the practice putting greens
• Complete renovation of Seabreeze Bar & Grill
• Opened the newly-renovated Seabreeze Marketplace
• Complete renovations to buildings A & B
The timing of this renovation is in line with hospitality industry standards and guidelines.

From June through fall of 2025*, these extensive renovations will encompass building D.
Improvements will be made to eliminate wear and tear and cover interior and exterior work. A summary of what is included in the project plan is detailed below:
• New renovated bathroom
• New kitchen cabinets and appliances
• New kitchen back splash
• New interior & exterior doors
• New lighting
• New furniture package
• New balcony furniture
• New artwork
• New 65” Smart TV
• New kitchen houseware package
• Complete interior painting
• New HVAC
• New corridor flooring
• Complete exterior painting including all corridors
*The timeline is subject to change without notice. Buildings will be renovated in the future.
Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort will contribute to the cost of this project, but there is also financial responsibility amongst the owners. This will result in a temporary increase in your operating fee. The increase will be around an additional $1,600 to $2,750, and will be reflected in your next operating fee notice.
This renovation was prepared with you in mind to enhance your vacation experiences and beautify your home away from home at Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort. Please be patient as the dedicated construction crew and resort staff work to make your vacation ownership the most enviable in Aruba.
Please note that if you plan to travel while your unit is out of service, you will be relocated to a similar unit. As always, you must pay your operating fee, including the increase, before you can travel or exchange.
